Activities include but are not restricted to: regular public worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching, baptism, Communion, evangelism and mission, regionally, nationally and internationally; giving and encouraging pastoral care; supporting and encouraging charitable social action in the UK and abroad; encouraging relationships with and supporting Baptists and other Christians.

The Riverside Community Association Limited provides a range of leisure, educational and community activities. These are predominantly delivered at the Riverside Centre, a local community hub which the Association manages. The Association works in partnership with a range of other organisations to deliver its programme.

Religious activities

Our charity has operated a nurturing preschool in the London Borough of Sutton for over 25 years, now based in Wallington, with 30 places for children aged 2 to 5. We are committed to inclusion and supporting children & families with a range of diverse needs. We are very proud that our latest Ofsted inspection rated us 'High Standard' in all areas, with some 'exceptional' standards for inclusion.

We provide urgent and necessary supplies for those who become homeless. Our day centre based in Wallington, Surrey offers hot food, food bags, shower facilities, fresh clothes, laundry services and storage lockers for the immediate needs of those who find themselves homeless. We provide a person centred approach to homelessness and homeless prevention.

+ We recycle donated furniture & goods to reduce landfill and help furnish homes at low cost for those in need in the county of Surrey and surrounding areas. + We provide work experience opportunities for volunteers.

"Student Assembly" Held in August to educate young ones on the basic requirement of being a good asset to the community. Seminars on christian behaviour in the community. 110 youths attended the seminar.

Surrey Clubs for Young People is a support organisation for over 100 youth clubs throughout Surrey and enables young people to develop and gain "life skills" in a controlled environment.

Primarily providing supplementary education for disadvantaged and hard to reach people. Provide guidance advice on fund raising physical exercise such as yoga, badminton Cricket etc. The organisation also provide office space for voluntary organisations,

Springfield Advice & Law Centre provides independent legal advice for service users of South West London & St Georges Mental Health (NHS) Trust. It offers specialist advice and representation in housing, community care, debt and welfare benefits; plus general advice and referral in other areas of law; and provides information on legal matters affecting mental health service users.

The Sunnybank Trust works in partnership with people with learning disabilities to have a voice, have access to leisure and social activities, be supported to be safe in their community and become more employable. Services include clubs, social activities and advocacy for adults over 18yrs, transition support for young adults and a consultancy led by those with lived experience.

SGSPTA raises funds for the benefit of Sutton Grammar School students and enhances the School community by; holding social, & fundraising,events (Autumn/Spring Quiz Nights, Xmas Fair, International Evening); providing refreshments at School events; via SGSPTA Ltd running Xmas Parking scheme & Mock Tests for the 11-plus exams.
