The education of persons who have not attained the age of 25 years and who are resident in the County of Shropshire through their leisure time activities, so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual activities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.The area of operation is Shropshire which includes Telford and Wrekin.

Dance Festival

Room rental, fundraising through Fayres, & Bingo to enable Upkeep of Building and occasional Outgoings for members

New Life Baptist Church promotes the Christian religion, by encouraging individuals to understand biblically who Jesus is and what it means to have a personal faith and relationship with Christ. We do this through evangelism, counselling, discipleship, Bible study, teaching, prayer and various activities.

Weekly club evening with sporting and leisure activities for people with disabilities, participation in inter-club sports days and swimming galas, varied weekend day trips during spring and summer and long weekend at Butlins. Club 2000 is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Currently all our 140+ members have a learning disability (from moderate to profound) and some also have physical disabilities.

We are raising funds to support Sheriffhales Primary school children with additional activities and supplies.

We are a PTA for our local C of E primary school. We put on fun events for the children and families to enjoy at the same time as raising funds for new equipment for the school.

Management of four almshouses. For persons in need, who are inhabitants of Newport Shropshire.

To promote Brass Music by showcasing brass bands of all standards and abilities from the Shropshire area and further afield, in a non-competitive annual Festival. To encourage people of all ages and cultures to engage with brass band music both as a player or follower and those new to this type of music.

Made grants available for the following projects during the year:a) Weekly meetings of Zikar, mediation and learning about the Islamic teachings with refreshmentsb) Obtaining a place for rent to perform Friday prayers within the local area of Telford.

Supports branch members through welfare and donations as per the individual circumstances

SMADA is a parent support group supporting music at the Academy. The Group's main aim is to raise funds to support all the bands within the Academy at the various concerts, events and festivals. Assistance is also given to students with music grade examination fees, present concerts in order to support musical development and assists other local organisations in their fundraising.

General Scouting activities

TO PROVIDE MONTHLY PENSIONS FOR POOR PERSONS AGED 60 YEARS OR OVER RESIDING IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF LILLESHALL.

Run an Arts Centre liasing with a number of different charities renting rooms at the centre including a Theatre Company, Photographic Society, Art Society and Stage School. Responsible for external repairs for the centre & its promotion.

Manage and maintain the village hall and playing field for the benefit of the local inhabitants of Ellerdine, Cold Hatton, Rowton and environs.

Provides facilities where people can meet to undertake creative, physical or recreational activities, learn or pass on skills and knowledge. Members also support each other socially to prevent and alleviate loneliness and isolation and avoid social exclusion
