We are a PTA Charity raising funds to support the education of children in our school.

The conservation and preservation of the flora and fauna and natural environment of Oldway Mansion Gardens for the benefit of the public.The advancement of education of the public to celebrate the history and traditions of the gardens to connect the community to its heritage and to develop interest and skills in proficient gardening and estate management.

Upon trust to apply both the capital and income thereof to or for the relief of the poor and needy or for such other charitable purposes as the club in duly constituted meeting shall from time to time direct.

We are a school based charity that raises money for our school to provide extra resources and equipment. We put on different events over the year to raise the money eg: fayres, discos, film nights and our popular fireworks.

To promote, for the public benefit, the protection, conservation, enhancement, research and understanding of the Designed Landscapes of Devon and promote the education of the public on the arts, crafts, sciences, and all other matters connected with the heritage of those landscapes.

Fund Raising activities include Christmas Fayre, Summer Fayre, Disco evenings, working parties to undertake clear up tasks for school, gardening, children's parties, summer camping. Raising funds for school.

RAISE MONIES TO SUPPORT LOCAL NEEDY GROUPS SUCH AS MENTALLY ANDPHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED,SCHOOLS,AGED,CHURCH AND YOUTH IN LOCAL AREA.ALSO TO CONTRIBUTE FINANCIAL HELP TO AREAS ABROAD FOLLOWING DISASTERS,AND TO HELP SUPPORT SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES .

WE WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DEVON & SOMERSET FIRE & RESCUE SERVICE / LOCAL COMMUNITES ON COMMUNITY SAFETY. OUR WORK INCLUDES, FIRE PREVENTION, ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR E.G FIRESETTING, COMMUNITY RESILIENCE AND SAFE DRIVING. WE PROVIDE ADVICE AND EXPERTISE, MAKE GRANTS TO LOCAL GROUPS IN NEED, RAISE FUNDING, ASSIST OTHER GROUPS TO RAISE FUNDING AND HELP TRAIN AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHERS.

Torbay Mencap is a charitable organization which works with people with learning disabilities and family carers in Torbay. We aim to promote the rights of people with a learning disability and their carers to ensure they have access to a wide range of quality services and opportunities.

Choral Society

The sale of Pantomime tickets, sweet, cake, lolly and doughnut sales. Summer and Christmas fayres local business donations, film nights and discos plus pre-loved uniform sales all PROVIDES FUNDS FOR THE SCHOOL TO PUT TOWARDS VARIOUS PROJECTS

Runs publicly-accessible museum of World War II artefacts, based on gun battery site in Brixham, plus related drama,film,archive,re-,restoration activities involving local community.

Providing accommodation for local community organisations and Churches to use for their various activities.

Fundraising events organised to provide extra financial support to benefit the children at Preston Primary School.

The charity's objects are the advancement of the christian religion, in particular through the maintenance of and alterations and improvements to the buildings and grounds of St Matthias' Church, Torquay, and its church centre. This is achieved through fundraising and the commissioning of projects.
