The Rooted Forum (TRF) is a charitable organisation which provides pioneering services to the local community in Tower Hamlets and other neighbouring boroughs. TRF offers a wide range of initiatives tailored to the needs of the community.It aims to provide a holistic service, which helps people, particularly those living in disadvantaged urban communities.

The center provides facilities for prayers and other activities associated with the Muslim faith. During the year under review we offer a range of religious services and activities. This is available for the community as a whole.

Education/training, religious activities, economic/community, development/employment, relief of poverty, sport/recreation.

Docklands Sinfonia:An orchestral family which has become a major cultural force in the Docklands and beyond - bringing high quality music to the area, staging ground-breaking concerts and creating a lasting legacy by inspiring generations of young people.

To promote for the benefit of the community of Bromley by Bow in East London and it's surrounding areas without distinction by associating and engaging people in a common effort to advance education, provide facilities and opportunities in the interests of social welfare with the main objective being to improve the conditions of life for the community and the disadvantaged.

Advancement of Christian Faith worldwide and relief of poverty

CHUG promotes the use of the canal for the benefit of the people of Hackney and the surrounding area. Its goals include educating and advocating for the canal and the associated environmental, historical and planning issues. Activities include Kingsland Basin clean up days, planning committee meetings, managing the moorings at Kingsland Basin and social events for basin residents.

The activities of the charity:- a referral service assessing,signposting and supporting women to access the advice and guidence they need to benifits,immigration and housing;- drop-in sessions where women from diverse ethnic backgrounds;-A range of tergetted services e.g A food co-op,ESOL classes,cycling,swimming,mental health services.

1. To promote Islamic education to the community with the provision of mother tongueand Arabic Classes for the age between 06 to 16.2. To the regular activities, the centre provides advisory services to the local community.3. To run mosque for daily prayers.

Clowns Without Borders uses laughter and play as a stabilising force for children living in crisis zones. Working with professional artists and facilitators, we share performances and workshops to encourage children to connect with childish impulses and a sense of fun. It is our mission to alleviate suffering by sharing joy and wonder when they need it most. We work in the UK and globally.

We provide a playgroup registered with OFSTED for up to 40 children aged between 2 - 5 years old. The sessions run Monday to Friday during school term times between the hours of 0845 - 1145am and 1215 - 1515pm.

The primary purpose of the Ratcliff Educational Foundation is to support the school currently known as Stepney Greencoat C.E. Primary School. The Charity also aids other educational charities such as the Tower Project - an organisation based in Tower Hamlets that empowers disabled people. If resources allow the Charity also supports other educational acitivities in Tower Hamlets.

Abertots Playgroup is a weekday sessional provision (8.30-11.30 or 12-3) which runs during term time only. We provide activities for 2-5 year olds in accordance to the Early Years Foundation Stage, which encourages each child to development as an individual and at their own pace.

St. Matthias Community Centre is a redundant church which saves as "village hall" to the local community of Blackwall & Limehouse in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Relieve patients and former patients of the Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel) who are sick, handicapped or infirm and generally to support the charitable work of the Hospital including related research

THE RELIEF OF THOSE WHO ARE PSYCHOLOGICALLY, EMOTIONALLY OR OTHERWISE DISTRESSED BY DEATH OR TERMINAL ILLNESS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS, INCLUDING PATIENTS, RELATIVES, PARTNERS OR FRIENDS OF PATIENTS OF THE ROYAL HOSPITALS NHS TRUST.
