The Lawyers' Christian Fellowship is an association of Christian lawyers and law student members. It took over the activities of registered charity 1017695 on 01/01/11. The LCF through its charitable objects promotes the Christian faith particularly in the legal profession and seeks to relieve poverty in accordance with the Christian faith primarily by supporting access to justice work.

The charity's principal objects include the advancement of education in accountancy, financial management and related subjects as well as the support of individuals studying such subjects. It provides CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to members of ACCA and members of the public. It also provides a magazine Student Accountant, technical publications and promotes accounting research.

Parish Church. Weekly Services & worship. Families, youth & children's, older people's groups. Halls used by local groups. Drama. Monthly luncheon club for live alone. Mission work and support in our community and abroad. Link to local NHS St Martin's Hospital, local primary schools, food bank and private nursing homes for the elderly. An early stage impact fund that provides patient capital investment, technical and management support to social enterprises that improve the lives of low-income people and marginalised ones in developing countries and developed ones. It invests in early stage ventures where capital need is greatest.

SAFE has two main programmes, one in the U.K. and one overseas. In the UK we aim to increase civic participation and improve social harmony amongst typically hard to reach young people, such as NEETs. We also deliver a non-mainstream development education programme. Overseas we support locally led and empowering poverty response programmes for marginalised people all around the world.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

We aim to provide direct psychological assistance to those persons who suffer from psychological trauma as a result of their, or members of their families, having been subjected to torture; human trafficking and slavery and armed conflict. We also aim to assist indirectly by working with those organisations that provide the above populations with social, psychological, medical or legal services.

Emerging Leaders exists to bring tangible hope to the worlds poorest communities through the very best leadership training. Currently operations exist in Kenya and South Africa with plans in motion to move into West Africa and to expand operations in the UK focusing on NEET (not in education, employment or training) youth.

Community Outreach - Helping homeless people with food, accommodation and clothing. We are focusing on helping people in their homes by providing domiciliary care. We have a charity shop that also helps volunteers with special needs gain skills. We help look after widows and orphans in Zambia and other parts of Africa. We are currently building a nursing home in Zambia.

Good Neighbours UK (GNUK) fundraises and manages projects locally, nationally and internationally to ensure vulnerable people can exercise their human rights no matter where they live. It is an independent, self-governing organisation that affiliates with Good Neighbours International (GN). Through this affiliation, GNUK becomes part of the world alliance of Good Neighbours.

We exist to enable Christian design professionals to serve the poorest of poor people in the third world and elswhere by the design of buildings, water and power facilities etc. We aim to 'Design a world of hope'. At the same time we hope to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ by example and by teaching to the people and places we go to.

We are currently working in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. In each country our activities are slightly different but have the common aim of enabling every child to gain access to primary education. We seek to identify the issues stopping a child going to school and then with local partners adopt an appropriate remedy or remedies to overcome these issues.

The aim and mission statement of The Pocket Testament League is enabling Christians to share their faith one-to-one by the provision of Gospel booklets, training and support.

The primary objectives of MMM are to:Raise awareness of health issues surrounding high BP and emphasize the importance of regular blood pressure measurementEncourage and facilitate opportunistic BP screenings in local communitiesSupport research and advocacy efforts to improve global hypertension management

During the year the charity has continued to hold fellowship meetings every Sunday with congregations increasing week on week. The charity has also provided in-depth training for men, women and children in areas such as family support, life skills, social restoration, motivation and Christian principles.

Supporting religious and other charitable works carried out by members of the Order in health, education and social work, especially in Africa, Latin America and Middle East. The Comboni Centre offers individual & group opportunities for encounters of prayer and mission related topics. The Sisters visit the housebound, help with the homeless/refugees and participate in justice & peace programmes.

World in Need International is a Christian charity which aspires to see communities transformed by education and development. We believe that even the poorest communities can find hope and freedom when they are empowered to rise above their circumstances. Working to direct resources to where they are most needed, World in Need works in countries across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

World of Worth is passionate about restoring dignity, hope and worth to women and girls. WOW supports women who have been marginalised, widowed & abandoned and provides opportunities for them to transform their world through education, training & micro businesses. Our aim is to help women become self-sustainable. WOW works in Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique, India, Philippines & Bulgaria.

We will strengthen and unite communities by reviving, celebrating and sharing the essence of Eid and its meaning of feasting and coming together through organised events. We will enable communities to live harmoniously by providing them with their needs (food/ shelter/ education) and facilitating them with a means to continue to fulfil the objectives of Eid (bring harmony to the community)

Relieve poverty and advance education for children, adults and the community at large in the United Kingdom and around the world. Provide care, relief, protection, housing, medical and educational facilities for people impoverished, disadvantaged or marginalised by reason of their economic or geographical circumstances.

The charity activity is to collect donations for the public benefit, the relief and assistance of people in need in any part of the world who are the victims of war or natural disaster or catastrophe or in poverty by supplying donations to them through other charities or government approved organizations in any part of the word.
