The Mityana Charity works to alleviate poverty, advance education, improve healthcare, and support community development in MITYANA, Kassanda, and Mubende Districts in UGANDA. Raising funds, primarily from British Baptist Churches, for use supporting projects in developing countries designed to enable the poorest of the poor to generate their own income and support.

The Lorna Young Foundation works to support producers in developing countries to improve their livelihoods by adding value to their activities through education, training and direct economic support. Its UK projects promote education, information and work opportunities through community-owned ethical and fair trading enterprises, with a particular focus on disadvantaged groups.

We mainly provide services to the young people from the disadvantaged communities and our activities are, but not limited to, as follows:-- Relief Poverty- Education- Playgroup- Mentoring and Lifeskills- Family learning

The collection and restoration of unwanted wheelchairs and other disability equipment that would otherwise go to landfill and the dispatch thereof to developing countries for the use of appropiate people who would otherwise be uable to obtain such equipment.

IGPME acts to advance the field of mathematics education for the public benefit by, for example, promoting and stimulating research and organising regular educational conferences around the world.

We promote the craft of locally appropriate beekeeping in the developing world to enable our project participants to generate income to enhance their livelihoods, alleviate poverty and improve their quality of life. We promote methods of beekeeping which support the environment, improve crop pollination and only use locally sourced materials.
