Eastern Uganda: Fundraising for a Health Centre in Busamaga was completed in 2014/15. Construction commenced in Sept 2015. Building work was completed in Nov 2015 and the health centre was formally opened in December 2015. Financial support with staff salary costs, running costs and drugs/equipment has continued since the opening and is ongoing in 2021/22.

The charity raises funds in the UK to support children and schools in Uganda. The Good Samaritan School is a primary school based in Wakiso just outside Kampala. The charity has provided grants for the construction and maintenance of classrooms, dormitories, a kitchen and toilets at the school. Some of the students are boarders from families affected by AIDS.

Retrak helps street children to find long-term alternatives to life on the streets. Retrak recognises their vulnerability and disadvantage due to heath issues, particularly HIV/Aids, lack of education and opportunity to develop as children. To further develop long term educational prospects for the communities of St John Leonard's School and Archbishop Kiwanuka School, both situated in the Mpigi District, Western Uganda. Primarily this will be through supporting pupils that come from severely disadvantaged backgrounds to attend both primary and secondary school and by supporting community based projects.

This charity seeks, by cooperation with the Church of Uganda, to advance the Christian Faith among children in that country and funds training programmes for teachers and pastors in Uganda for all aspects of children's Christian ministry. Help is also given for children disavantaged by poverty, sickness, abuse, special needs and insecurity, including the counselling and training of orphans.
