The Bennelong Foundation (UK) has a policy of giving grants to a wide variety of charitable institutions or organizations that benefit society including those engaged in opening pathways to social inclusion for new arrivals to the UK facing hardship, and families facing barriers to accessing food and education.

The British Council Benevolent Fund's charitable purpose is the alleviation of financial hardship for British Council employees, both past and present, and their families, globally. The main activity is the work of the IFA Board which agrees the strategy to achieve the maximum benefit to our members and the public. The Outcome or Mission of Global MapAid is to improve food supply, clean water and irrigation for small farmers in Africa living under the poverty line. Our Activities to help achieve this, include but are not limited to, building an AI system to map groundwater to enable sustainable well placement for small farmers by local government, NGOs and international donors.

To pay and apply the income of the trust fund for such charitable purpose as the trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit; and pay and apply the whole of the capital in any manner in which they are authorised to pay the income.

To help tackle current community issues (Digital Divide, Integration, Isolation, Environment, Health & Well Being, Youth (NEET) & Unemployment) in areas of deprivation. Reaching out to the 'hard to reach' communities and those facing exclusion or barriers (BME communities, Women & Girls, & Youth) by creating, developing, and delivering innovative learning, social & Enterprise projects.
