The Owen Jenkins Trust focuses its donation activities, but not exclusively so, in supporting charities in the environmental, homeless and youth development sectors in Shropshire, the Marches and the West Midlands area.

Activities include:a. the advancement and preservation of the Islamic faith;b. the advancement of education;c. provision of facilities for recreation in the interests of social welfare for the inhabitants of the area of Smethwick;andd. to foster goodwill and harmonious relations.

OSCAR Birmingham Ltd raises awareness of Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia, both red blood cell disorders and provides support and befriending services to those affected by these conditions. OSCAR educates, provide advocacy and raises awareness by organising community events, presentations in schools,colleges. We work with public and private agencies to further our work in uand around Birmingham

The Sisters (only 2 remaining in the country) are now in a Care Home. They minister to the religious and other needs of the other Residents with whom they live. They are with them in health and sickness, sadness and joy, spending time with them and listening to their concerns and enjoyment. Where necessary they take concerns to management on their behalf.

To provide respite for families with disabled children by providing high quality sports arts and play activities. We help disabled children and young people access play, arts and leisure activities. Disabled volunteer project. Parent / carer support group.

Education, physical, social training, rehabilitation, recreational pursuits to those under 25 and in need

The object of the charity is the preservation and the protection of the psychological health of people living within the Borough of Walsall and adjacent areas and the advancement of education in the subject of psychological health. The preservation and protection of women's reproductive health and the advancement of education, in the subject of pregnancy and associated conditions.

Provision of almshouse accommodation for beneficiaries within the area of benefit.

Sport Club and Community Club

The WMHBT was established in 1985, with specialists in the field of building conservation serving as Trustees. It's purpose is to safeguard buildings, at risk, within the West Midlands that are of historical or architectural importance. Where this cannot be achieved by simply raising awareness to the issues the Trust will consider carrying out a conservation project itself.

The prinicpal activities is to provide relief of sickness, distress and poverty and enhancement of life, of members of Afro-Caribbean and Asian Community affected by the disorders of Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia, within Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Work with families identified by Staffordshire County Council through their 0-19 Family Support Service - offering support and guidance

The principal activities (aim) of the Charity are worship and the involvement of various ministries and ministers of religion, in propagating Christian tenets to both members and non-members of the Ministry, at various meetings.

The Association aims is to serve the Cutchi people of West Midlands who are a minority in the UK by providing them community services as encapsulated in the Objects below: The advancement of education (IT, English Language, Health and Dietary, Faith, etc) To encourage and develop social and sporting activities, which will encourage more people to get active and stay healthy. During the year the charity has continued to hold fellowship meetings every Sunday with congregations increasing week on week. The charity has also provided in-depth training for men, women and children in areas such as family support, life skills, social restoration, motivation and Christian principles.

The principal object of the charity is to provide a place of worship, religious teachings and education centre for the benefit of the local community.

To support the creativity and cultural life of young people up to 30 years of age living in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands area by(a) Providing a rolling programme of arts and cultural projects, events, training and, where possible, employment ; and(b) Offering access to dedicated arts space;

We bring audiences together through radical live events that are socially engaged and specifically contextualized in the West Midlands. Operating from the principal that everyone is creative, we also carry out a variety of learning activities with artists.
