Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends, having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges. Every week we give almost half a million 6-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills for life.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Grants made to St James the Great School to provide additional resources. Support has been given to enable additional provision to be provided for disadvantaged families to enable them to have access to a wide range of extra curricula provision.

(1)Organising a number of fundraising events with the dual purpose of developing relationships between staff and parents and raising funds to provide:(2)Donations to the school to enable certain activities to take place and for the purchase of equipment.

The object of the charity is to relieve, in cases of need, persons resident in the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Wandsworth who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm.

We organise several outings each year for our visually-impaired members, hold monthly social evenings, with talks and quizzes, and arrange regular hydrotherapy sessions for interested members. We run an advice line & offer support to our members as well as a drop-in information service at our offices.

Unity South is a charity based in Balham. The organisation provides a community space for people from all parts of London to come in and gain access to services, make friends and share their concerns. Activities run at the centre include Christian worship, counselling, community meeting space, health access and healthy living and old people's project. The centre is open from Monday to Sunday.

To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded (in particular but not exclusively members of the Portuguese speaking community living in the United Kingdom) and assisting them to integrate intosociety

Wandsworth Preparatory School PTA

Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees is a member of the City of Sanctuary network. We support local organisations (schools, libraries, cafes, gardens) to apply for Sanctuary status and are working with Wandsworth Council to become a borough of Sanctuary. We also run events for Refugee Week as well as appeals for digital devices and bikes which we distribute to local refugees and asylum seekers.

Divine Rescue provide help & support for the homeless, people in crisis & other vulnerable persons such as ex-offenders, sex workers & those with current personal crisis. Where we can help people beyond their crisis, we support their recovery & help them move on with their lives. Due to Lockdown our services and activities had reduced due to lost of income. But our support continues.

The charity primarily provides bursaries for pupils at Prospect House School, and is permitted toprovide funding for improvements, resources, and specialised teaching posts at the school. It is alsopermitted to provide financial and any other type of support for such charities or for such charitablepurposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion determine.

Belleville Wix Academy PTA organise activities such as coffee mornings, school fairs and parents evenings at school in order to both develop a sense of community by building effect relationships between staff , parents and caregivers, as well as raise funds to help promote the education of BWA's pupils.

Battersea Befriending Network (BBN) offers one-to-one befriending to individuals who have experience of mental ill-health in the Borough of Wandsworth who are, or are at risk of becoming, socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of their mental ill-health.

The advancement of education for the benefit of persons in need of financial assistance who reside in, or attend an educational establishment in, the former Metropolitan Borough of Battersea; and the relief of poverty of persons who are resident in the former Metropolitan Borough of Battersea, in particular but not exclusively by the payment of pensions or the provision of other financial support

We offer exciting adventure activities on a naval theme to help develop social skills and responsibilities for young people aged between 10 - 18 years old. We alos aim to reconnect young people with thier maritime heritage.

Friends of Trinity St Mary's CE Primary School has been set up to raise funding (through grants, sponsorships and donations) for the redevelopment of Trinity St Mary's upper school playground (including the installation a Multi Use Games Area - MUGA) and future projects that align with the charity's purpose.

The object of the association is to advance the education of the pupils in school by:1. Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The Foundation has the charitable object of promoting the arts by the creation and implementation of a lighting scheme of artistic merit for London's bridges. The Illuminated River project will transform the capital with a unified kinetic artwork across up to 15 of Central London's bridges.

We assist people of Afro/Caribbean descent, refugees etc integrate positively into British society. In recognition of the interconnectedness of UK's diverse communities, we extended our services to Asian and other communities.We offer skills training, consultancy,citizenship, diversity, social/micro enterprise, parenting and counselling. We also initiate projects which promote community cohesion.
