We are a mentoring charity working with children in deprived communities to help them grow in competence and character. We improve self-confidence and develop numeracy, literacy, communication and memory skills, whilst reinforcing our core values of fairness, self-control, good judgement and staying power. We do this through 1 to 1 mentoring with positive role models and team activities.

CARAS (Community Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers) is a community organisation with members from all over London. CARAS works closely with a number of organisations in south London to deliver services for refugees and asylum seekers. Projects include after school and youth clubs, ESOL classes, a women's drop-in and advocacy casework.

Church of England church services, courses and events

The charity provides a range of support services to unpaid carers. This includes, information & advice, advocacy, targeted support to carers of people with mental health problems and Asian carers. The Centre facilitates a number of support groups for carers including: for carers of those with learning difficulties, Stroke, substance misuse, Asian carers, older people and people with dementia.

The Foundation's activities focus on four main pillars which are: social inclusion; Sports participation; Education; and Health. In our first year we have emphasised sporting activities for young people, mainly in the Borough of Merton. However, activities were expanding to include older people (walking football), opportunities for female involvement and children with learning difficulties.

Regular public worship open to all; the provision of sacred space for personal prayer; teaching Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups; pastoral work, including visiting the sick, bereaved and those in need; taking religious assemblies in schools; promoting the mission of the church by engaging with the local community; providing activities for special groups (e.g. young children).

We exist to fight the effects of poverty in Southwest London. We collect and distribute food, tech and furniture for and to those who need it.
