The Nursery is sited within the grounds of St. Monica's Catholic Primary School in Appleton, Warrington. It is open from Monday to Friday with sessional and full day care available during the school year. It is open from 8.50 am to 3.20pm for children from 2 years. Flexible arrangements are in place for parents requiring out of school care before and after the school day.

Our charity offers pre-school facilities at an affordable price. We rely on fundraising to purchase equipment and offer subsidised days out for the children.

Lymm Sanctuary Hub provides a range of community support programmes aimed at people with special needs, including the young, vulnerable and the elderly. It does this by delivering activities such as affordable counselling, help with reducing household bills, support for dementia sufferers and their carers, IT systems/support for the elderly, It operates out of the annexe to Lymm Library.

AMATEUR THEATRE COMPANY

Our objectives are delivered by matching relevant skills and expertise offered pro bono from the business community to resource needs in the voluntary sector.We do this in three ways: Short-term projects, or Quick Fixes; longer-term projects involving a range of professional skills; and, sourcing Trustees, Mentors, or Critical Friends to deliver longer-term ongoing support.

Bringing the message of Jesus Christ to the young people of Warrington through Schools work and Church related events

The principal activities of the company are (i) to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs appearing in Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire (ii) to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind, including through the provision of counselling and support

Provision of regular church services, baptism, funerals and weddings, with other supporting activities (social events, meetings, private prayer etc). Links with local primary and secondary schools, community projects and Lymm and District Churches Together. Pastoral support for care homes and other groups and individuals.

Religious activities

We arrange a variety of recreational activities for disabled children, young adults up to the age of 25 and their families. These include theatre and cinema trips, craft sessions, soft play/sensory sessions, day trips to farms and zoos, tramolining, fun and float sessions in a swimming pool.

We are a pre-school group that was opened in September 1989 to serve the needs of the local community and have since gone from strength to strength. We are a member of the Early Years Alliance and have adopted their constitution. We have approximately 20 children aged between 2 and 4 on our register.
