The PCC of the Parish of Birchwood and Woolston, have the responsibility, of cooperating with the Vicar of the Parish or visiting clergy whilst in an Interregnum, of promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. A one stop shop to support the armed forces community in Warrington and the Cheshire area. This includes all veterans, early service leavers, reservists and their families from all three armed forces.This includes working with appropriate service providers, agencies,organisations and charities that assist military personnel. We also forge close links with NHS trusts in our area.

Our mission is to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England, both through the Word and our Deeds to love the Lord our God and to love his children - our neighbours.

Supports the work of the Mothers Union worldwide, but operates mainly with the Diocese of Liverpool, providing support to families, children, young people and older people within the area.Operating within the community, schools, hospitals and prisons to support those in need.

Provide and maintain some 45 acres of land within the area known as Pewterspear Green as an open space, parkland, and sports recreation ground in the interests of social welfare and leisure time occupation of the public

Provision of facilities for educational and recreational activities to improve the health, and the mental and social welfare of older people.

The charity provides a place of Christian Worship, promotes the Christian Gospel and raises awareness of Christian beliefs in accordance with Biblical teaching. It also seeks to provide spiritual, physical and financial support as appropriate.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 4th Warrington Scout Group give young people of Stockton Heath the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

The encouragement and support of the working together of Christian Churches within their respective ecclesiastical boundaries

The provision of weekly public worship services; the organisation and operation of community activities such as youth events, family events and events for the elderly; relief of poverty and hardship through practical assistance; the operation of a community cafe to better communicate the Christian faith and congregate the local community in the UK or world.

We are a church, which provides a place of christian worship and is open to all. The church has different activities including : family worship with childrens activities, youth club, tots group, pensioners group, craft group, various home groups. The Church has a humanitarian outreach work in Romania which has been running since 1996, we have a charity shop in support of this.

FFFJ was formed by Jean Taylor it offers support to families who have lost a loved one through homicide and culpable road death we offer peer support, daily drop ins and volunteering opportunities. O.L.L.Y (Our Lost Love Years) is part of FFFJ, providing its services to children bereaved by homicide also children from communities across Merseyside were there is high deprivation, crime and poverty.

WE OPERATE IN AN AREA OF HIGH DEPRIVATION AND AIM FOR TOTAL SOCIAL INCLUSION

Families United Warrington is for families with children and young people that have special educational needs and disabilities. The charity offers social opportunities for the whole family to participate in adaptive inclusive outings and activities, monthly FUN Club, monthly family respite, weekly sport/swim sessions and parents support meetings.

To enhance the lives of Deaf & hard of hearing people who are vulnerable & socially isolated within the local community. To ensure that Deaf people's social, cultural &linguistic needs are met by the continuing services & support which we provide - a total inclusive place for the Deaf community with OAP afternoons, bingo, snooker matches, Deaf Caf?, Deaf Children's & CODA parties & BSL Choir.

We seek to improve the quality of life of those who by virtue of age, disability or social factors are disadvantaged or deprived. We do so by providing day trips and short residential breaks on our fully adapted canal boats, crewed by our experienced and fully qualified volunteers.
