Community cricket club

The relief of disabled people resident in and around the West Midlands area by bringing such people into contact with the sport of wheelchair basketball and other sports and leisure activities. lt will also work were appropriate for the intergration of all disabled people and able-bodied people through sporting and leisure activities.

To relieve the needs of young people and adults in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage within the West Midlands through the provision of construction related training in accordance with a nationally recognised curriculum (diplomas and NVQ via CSkills or equivalent).

Working mainly with health and social care professionals in Coventry and Warwickshire to identify babies in need, we seek to help socially and/or economically disadvantaged families and mothers unable to provide basic equipment, consumables, food and clothing for their babies from birth to around twelve months by supplying them with appropriate donated or purchased items free of charge.

COMMUNITY FIRST RESPONDERS ARE TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WHO ATTEND EMERGENCY CALLS FOR THE AMBULANCE SERVICE, WHO CAN PROVIDE LIFE-SAVING TREATMENT TO PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITY WHO ARE INJURED OR ILL, PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE.URGENT HELP IS VITALLY IMPORTANT IN LIFE-THREATENING CASES EG HEART ATTACKS, CARDIAC ARREST, CHOKING, BREATHING, LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS OR SEVERE BLOOD LOSS.

We raise funds to provide Gifts/Wishes/Experiences for young adults aged 18 to 30 who have any type of cancer and are being treated at East Midlands Hospitals. Plus those up to 40 years old who have a Sarcoma with treatment at The Leicester Royal Infirmary.We also provide free holidays at our Mablethorpe based Caravan for cancer patients and their families from within the East Midlands area.

THE HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION OF THE INLAND WATERWAYS RAISING FUNDS FOR RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION PROJECTS. ALSO RAISING FUNDS TO RUN CECILIA, A 70 FT NARROWBOAT THAT IS USED BY GROUPS LOOKING AFTER SPECIALS NEED, THE ELDERLY AND OTHERS TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE INTEREST IN THE HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION OF THE WATERWAYS. THE BOAT IS RUN ENTIRELY BY DONATIONS.

Provision of charitable social housing accomodation for poor people resident in Borough of Rugby

Working with people with a range of disabilities and reasons for taking part. Providing specialist tuition training and support for people with disabilities to ride, carriage drive or take part in equestrian vaulting.Without this support most of our participants would be unable to take part in these activities.

LWMS exists to promote musical theatre for all in the local community in and around Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick. We encourage, educate and develop members in the art of drama, music, and dance, as well as in backstage and creative disciplines. We enable people, through open audition, to produce, rehearse and perform in musicals on the public stage.

Advance religion in accordance with the teachings of The Hanafi Madhab

The advancement of education by the provision of grants for capital projects at Warwick School and/or to provide scholarships and bursaries to pupils and potential pupils of Warwick School so that more pupils benefit from education at Warwick School, irrespective of their families ability to pay fees.

Provide Almshouses for the elderly in Dunchurch

The charity exists for the advancement of the Christian Gospel, the worship and service of God as revealed in the bible, the care of Christian people and the relief of persons in hardship, distress, old age or sickness. The charity conducts Christian worship and bible study and makes grants to further Christian work in Asia and Africa.

The Charity operates open-access choirs and music education opportunities for children and young people from across Warwickshire and nearby regions. The charity supports weekly rehearsals both in and out of school, a schools programme and an annual programme of concerts, workshops, competitions and CPD for teachers.

Objects an ActivitiesThe principle objects and activities of the charity are:To pay pensions to needy persons who are resident in the City of Coventry and the Parish of Bedworth.To make payments to persons resident in the said City for relief in need.

To promote the conservation of wild birds and their habitats and educate the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of wild birds and wild bird study.

Our main purpose is to help employers reduce accidents in the work place by promoting standards of health and safety in the workplace. BHSEA provides a health and safety advisory and support service to it's Members and opportunities for networking and learning. Our focus is on smaller and medium size organisations.
