Opened in 1990 The Mill is a multi-function arts centre and the only dedicated arts provision in the busy market town of Banbury in Oxfordshire. We have audiences of around 5,000 people per year buying 17,000 individual performances, events, classes and workshops.

We are an independent charity providing information, advocacy, counselling and support to relieve the needs and distress of any person living or working in Warwickshire and surrounding areas who has experienced rape, sexual abuse, sexual violence and sexual exploitation, regardless of age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion or other protected characteristic.

The charity seeks to advance the Christian religion by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Bible mainly through:- 1) Broadcasting and distributing Christian messages 2) Producing and distributing literature 3) Holding local church meetings and assemblies 4) Ordaining and granting credentials or licences to preach to such individuals considered by the charity to be qualified.

To prevent cruelty and relieve the suffering and distress of wildlife needing care and attention.Advance the education of the public in the study of wildlife, wildlife first aid and rehabilitation, conservation and the prevention of cruelty to animals.

The principal activity of the charity is to promote the Buddhist faith through the activities of teaching, study, practice and the observance of moral discipline all within the Buddhist tradition of Je Tsongkhapa.

Although we help anyone in need irrespective of tribe, ethnic background, gender or religion, our objective is to bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ and to give practical effect to the Christian principles which underpin our ministry.

We are a vibrant parish church whose purpose is to follow Jesus, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We provide services of worship for all; we have groups and ministries for most ages and stages of life; we are involved in Christian mission and social action in our local area, particularly the Warwick and Leamington Foodbank; and so much more.

Provision of low-cost, self-contained, low-level supported accommodation (almshouses) for local elderly people of limited financial means. Awarding of grants for a specific purpose to needy individuals and families living within the town boundary of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Provision of a service of Arts Therapies (Art, Drama, Dance Movement, Music and Play Therapies) and Community Arts in Health facilities for clients of all ages and needs. To act as a Resource/Teaching Centre for training, education and support of professionals and carers, at national/inter-national levels. To support Research in Arts Therapies.

Rugby Gymnastics Club is a long established Gymnastics Club in Warwickshire, which is dedicated to training young gymnasts, both boys and girls of all levels and ability from pre-school through recreational to elite standard and competitive squads. At Rugby we offer children the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment with tuition provided by professional coaches.

The principal aim of the Arnold Foundation for Rugby School is to raise funds:*to provide more bursary awards for boarding places, subject to parental means testing, thereby widening access to the School, so that more talented pupils may benefit from an education at Rugby School, irrespective of their families' ability to pay the fees, and*to help to improve the infrastructure of Rugby School.

The charity has asset transferred Foleshill Community Centre and will be establishing a Citizens Supermarket and Cafe for the benefit of the local community. The charity is also invested into food programmes to support school holiday hunger in the city of Coventry. It has also produced a local charter outlining its aspirations for a sustainable long term solution.

The Trustees consider that support to parents, their families and friends who have suffered a stillbirth, neonatal death, miscarriage or medical termination.and the dissemination of information and lessons learned to the rest of the Country to be of public benefit and our main focus for activities
