Lectures on the Arts

We organise events for the children who attend the school in order to raise funds. These funds are used to enrich the children's school experience. We organise discos, mothers day events, Easter events, etc. We have contributed funds towards travel to Christmas panto, student of the year award, books for Christmas for every child.

The PTA organises various fundraiser events such like Halloween discos, Firework event, Christmas & summer Fairs, Bingo evenings and quiz nights to bring the staff, pupils, families and the community together.

We raise funds by organising a variety of activities like quiz and film nights, Halloween and Easter trails, raffles and competitions to develop effective relationships within the staff, pupils, parents and others associated with the school. These activities are held within the school and local area.

Red Horse Vale Community First Responder is a CFR ("Community First Responder") scheme covering villages and surrounding areas in the south east of Warwickshire, including Alderminster; Armscote; Crimscote; Ettington; Fulready; Halford; Kineton; Newbold-on-Stour; Pillerton Hersey; Pillerton Priors; Tredington; Wellesbourneand other neighbouring villages.

The trust manages and runs the Roman Alcester Heritage Centre.

modest grants for assistance to young persons in need under the age of 25 years resident in the parishes of Austrey, Measham, Shenton or Whitwick towards the cost of goods, tools, books, fees, travelling expenses, services or facilities to enable them to develop their skills and capabilities and to advance their education.ALSO for relief of financial hardship of any resident in those villages.

We (parents and teachers) undertake to organise fundraising events to raise money for equipment or services requested by the school

Gloucestershire Puja and Cultural Association will organise the following Hindu Religious Festivals throughout the year. Following are planned:1. Sarbojonin Durgotsav2. Kojagori MahaLakshmi Puja 3. Sri Saraswati Puja 4. Rabindra Nazrul Jayantiand any other religious and cultural activities as agreed by the trustees.

Our PTFA consists of a group of parents, staff and friends of the school who join together to hold events throughout the year. The money that we raise is used to purchase resources and experiences that benefit all of our pupils. Recent purchases include musical instruments, a Christmas pantomime and home/school planners for every child. We also help to build links with the local community.

Stepping Stones supports the homeless and socially excluded in Stratford upon Avon, It's aim is to enable them to make better life choices. It does this by provision of a safe space for a chat and a hot meal, ancillary support and training and through signposting to more structured support services.

SAWBA organises rehearsals and performs concerts to further the art of wind band playing for the enjoyment of wind instrument and percussion players of all ages. It provides musical support to the Stratford-upon-Avon community participating in civic events and fund raising events for local charities and organisations.

To collect, preserve and display, in our museum, any item which furthers knowledge of local history. To carry out and publish research. To provide lectures, displays and information to organisations, individuals & schools.

We provide help to bereaved parents who have suffered loss during pregnancy through miscarriage, still-birth or other reason holding monthly support meetings and providing on-line support to such parents; by helping to improve services and facilities at local NHS Hospitals and providing training to maternity staff and others to improve the help and they provide to bereaved parents.

Our PTFA works with our school, parents and local community to put on a range of events and activities; Christmas fairs, School discos, cake sales, fun runs and many more. These help to build a school community and help fund-raise. We use these funds to help support additional activities such school trips, purchase equipment, which helps advance the education of pupils at our school,

Medical & educational support for the needy in the parishes of Monks Kirby, Pailton & Stretton under Fosse

PaFoS functions as SMB's PTA. We raise funds via events such as Christmas/Summer Fairs, Discos, Non-Uniform & Break the Rules days, Raffles, Class Penny Wars, etc. These funds provide additional activities & equipment that aims to enhance, enrich, & further the children's learning experiences & opportunities. Examples include: Theatre Trips, Artist Workshops, Playground Equipment, and more.

RAISE MONEY & SUPPORT SCHOOL BY ORGANISING EVENTS

A community centre for use by various groups and organisations to enhance the lives of people on Woodloes Park. Regular users include - Senior Citizens, Mothers and Toddlers, Townswomens Guild, Weight Watchers, Belly Dancing, Pilates, Community Choir, Youth Theatre, Youth Club.
