The Base opened in February 2019 in partnership with Greenham Trust and Corn Exchange Newbury Trust. A purpose built visual arts and craft venue, comprising a 110sqm gallery, 8 artist studios and a workshop space for participatory classes. We present a varied programme of touring exhibitions alongside work from local artists and a number of visual arts and craft courses and workshops.

Providing facilities for the general public, including a bar, gaming machines and pool table and other entertainment. We also have a hall available for private hire if it is not being used for one of the club functions.

The charity provides a house and grounds, St Katharine's Parmoor, which is primarily a retreat centre and open to all faiths and denominations. The house and grounds are also used by local old people and youth groups, disadvantaged children, and young people. the grounds are used for training, educating and equipping homeless and disadvantaged young people in horticulture.

Newbury Soup Kitchen is a community hub that works on a mobile basis providing bespoke services to people experiencing homelessness and who are vulnerably housed within Newbury & West Berkshire. ASD Family Help provides information, activities and support for autistic or neurodiverse individuals or those with learning difficulties (plus their parents, carers or professionals), within Wokingham, West Berkshire (England) & Pembrokeshire (Wales).

To provide a safe place for people to discuss LGBT related issues and to offer opportunities to socialise with LGBT people. We have established our advice and support services through the drop in centre, which is integral to providing a holistic approach to supporting the needs of the Reading and surrounding area's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities

Home-Start West Berkshire provides volunteer support to families with at least one child under age 5, in their own home.

To improve young lives every day within Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. This is done by providing bespoke practical help, funding specialist equipment and wheelchairs, respite opportunities and also through creating memorable experiences for children who are terminally ill, disabled or living in extreme poverty.
