The primary objective of St. Pancras and St. John Parochial Church Council (the PCC) is the promotion of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England. The PCC and the incumbent have the responsibility of promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

The object for which the Society is established is the preservation of the beauty and amenities of the South Downs for the public benefit. The Society works through its many volunteers and skilled professional staff, guided by its trustees who are elected by the membership, to achieve its objectives.

We enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through:Worship, prayer and Bible study groupsUpkeep of the Church buildingsProvision of pastoral care for the people living in, or on the electoral roll of, the parishMissionary and outreach work.

Promoting and enhancing the independence and wellbeing of visually impaired people. Including events, clubs & classes, assistive tech, counselling and advisory services.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Taking religious assemblies in schools. Providing youth clubs with a Christian ethos. Teaching Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Promoting Christianity through events and meetings. Providing activities for senior citizens, parents and toddlers.Pastoral work.

TeachBeyond coordinates the strategic planning of worldwide operations between our various independent, but related national partner charities working in conjunction with schools and other educational settings in 39 countries worldwide. It becomes a resourcing global centre of excellence to enable our partnering charities to benefit from its pooled knowledge and better access to funding sources.

RELIGOUS ACTIVITIES

Lunch Positive runs a weekly lunch club & community space for all adults with HIV.The service is delivered by volunteers, provides increased access to good nutrition, a safe and supportive space for people to meet; to find peer support, build supportive networks and reduce social isolation. We signpost & offer advice. The service actively involves members in volunteering and helping activities.

Renovating empty buildings as a way of providing construction training opportunities to marginalised people and creating affordable housing for those in need

Provide recreational and leisure time activities and support which aims to develop skills, capacities and capabilities to enable young people to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals. The charity will be promoting education and looking for ways to relieve unemployment.

Organises regular meetings across our region for men diagnosed with prostate cancer and their families.Writes, produces and distributes literature and other types of information spreading awareness and information about prostate cancer.Conduct events offering free PSA tests to find men at risk of prostate cancer.

PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

To apply income for any charitable purpose relating to the National Health Service wholly or mainly for the services provided by the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust, for expenditure which the Trust does not and cannot obtain funding. In furthering these objectives the Charity seeks to apply expenditure only where a public benefit will ensue, directly or indirectly.

Promote cultural activities to younger generation and providing medical advise to elderly citizens those who have language issues.

We provide care and education for children aged 2-5 years. We are OFSTED registered. We are situated in the grounds of a school in a rural area.

WBCT is an organisation working in partnership with residents, local authorities and other community organisations to enhance the growing community. We will create and manage events and places for people that support active, healthy lifestyles promoting pride of place.

Little Green Pig offers accessible opportunities to seven to 18-year olds who are living in areas of high deprivation or facing challenging circumstances. We run free creative writing projects across Sussex which give young people the space and time to write for pleasure and purpose. We believe that writing can positively change lives by building confidence, communication and literacy skills.

The charity operates as a church from premises at 87 Eastern Road, Haywards Heath, under the Pastoral Leadership of Senior Pastor Tom and Sophie Partis

The Centre works to raise aspirations and improve the quality of community and family wellbeing. It is in use 7 days each week with over 30 groups operating from it each week providing a wide variety of activities for all sectors in the community. We also work in partnership with the local authority and other organisations to improve the quality of life for the inhabitants of Broadfield.

The Settlement currently provides low cost accommodation and facilities in the Vauxhall Cross area of London to charities and other groups. This allows these organisations to provide services for young people, older age groups and also religious activities.

We are a Charity run preschool with monies coming from West Sussex County Council funding, and fees as well as monies raised from fundraising. We operate Monday through to Friday with sessions available between 9am - 3pm.

A church based in Three Bridges, Crawley. It holds two services every Sunday and various meetings throughout the week including bible studies and for various groups including mums and toddlers, youth groups and senior citizens. It works with other churches in the Sussex and Surrey area and supports the Federation of Independent Evangelical Churches and other churches and charities overseas.
