Support pupils with severe learning difficulties

Organisation and presentation of annual Brighton Early Music Festival, including concerts, workshops and other events; year-round educational activities relating to training in early music skills and other concerts and events.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO:RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE HEALTH, ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, AMONGST SUCH PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER FROM TIME TO TIME TO BE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE; AND TOFURTHER SUCH OTHER PURPOSES (BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Taking of religeous assemblies in schools. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

Promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church. This includes regular services of worship and serving our community in various diverse ways.

PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

To show the love of God in the Ecclesiastical Parish of St George, Worthing by providing regular services of worship and conducting baptisms,weddings and funerals for people within the Parish or on the Parish Electoral Roll.Opening the buildings for suitable community use.Supporting voluntary organisations both in the UK and overseas.

To provide facilities for the recreation and Leisure time for young people from the age of 5, in the interest of social welfare by the provision of training and performing in cheerleading activities so as to develop their physical and mental capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.

The Trustees have continued their policy of mainly supporting charities active in the fields of care for young and older people, health, education and religion.

Advancement of the Christian Faith in any part of the World and in particular the arrangement of services and meetings for worship, prayer and the study and teaching of the Bible and the doctrines and principles of the Christian Faith.2. Encouragement and support of the evangelisation of non-Christians and the relief of poverty, hardship and sickness, whether in the UK or abroad.

Place of worship in the Church of England for Parochial Church of ST Mary's Storrington, West Sussex in the Diocese of Chichester.

The furtherance of the general religious and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Britain in the area of West Weal Area Quaker Meeting and beyond.

To promote the whole mission of the church (pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical) within the eclesiatical parish comprising the villages of Handcross, Pease Pottage, Slaugham and Warninglid.

Aids development of children with medical/social needs. Supports the family of those mentioned. Liaise with schools to ease transition.

Activities loosely follow the themes: our home & garden, our village & town, our environment & animals, our country, the world & space, holiday activities, the seaside, the seasons, night & day, relevant book topics, shopping, festivals, different communities, transport methods, music, physical education and body awareness, social skills and preparing for school and general safetly.

Include.org provides creative community activities, training and consultancy to make the world more welcoming for people with understanding or speaking difficulties. We empower people with communication needs to help train inclusive communication partners within The Include Choir. We teach a range of evidence-based techniques to help others include people with communication needs.

Social and games activities with young people . Supportive activities with the elderly.

Teaching Buddhism and meditation classes, running retreats. Holding study programmes and selling Buddhist literature. Holding fund-raising and community building events. School visits and university talks. Giving support.

The Charity provides pre-school activities/education for children.

Religious activities

The production and performance of plays and to encourage adults and juniors to become involved in all aspects of theatre, for the benefit of the local community and beyond.

WE PROVIDE THERAPIES- HIGH DOSAGE OXYGEN THERAPY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OSTEOPATHY, SHIATSU, REFLEXOLOGY AND APS PAIN RELIEF THERAPY TO PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS IN OUR TARGET GEOGRAPHIC AREA. WE OFFER ADVICE AND SUPPORT AND A COMMUNITY BUILDING FOR OUR SERVICE USERS.

The PCC is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship in our churches and to become part of our parish community. We aim to help ordinary people to live out their faith through: Worship and prayer,Learning about the gospel and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus Christ,Provision of pastoral care for people living in the Parish,Missionary and outreach work.

We are working towards the alleviation and prevention of poverty in Littlehampton and surrounding areas. We aim to do this in particular (but not exclusively) by providing emergency food supplies to people in need, as well as to charities or other organisations who are working towards these goals within our local community.
