GENERAL SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF FERNHURST AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

The presentation of public concerts and recitals.

Village Hall

Care and support of stray dogs in the area of East Hampshire and West Sussex.

The objects of the CIO are to establish and run a village hall, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Fittleworth.

To help and assist in re-homing Springer Spaniels to good approved homes , to aid and advise owners with problems with Springer Spaniels especially to help an owner to keep their dog rather than re-home it where appropriate . To ensure that the dogs recieve any veterinary care required before re-homing , assess the welfare requirements of the dogs and advise prospective new owners accordingly.

The objects of the charity are the prevention and relief of poverty in Shoreham and Adur, West Sussex, providing the services via a foodbank to those in need. To do this we collect food and financial donations from organisations and individuals. All our work is undertaken by volunteers

We organise a range of events to raise funds for the school, e.g. xmas, easter and summer fayres.

Creative Arts and Craft Activities

Livestock is an arts and community development charity. We run projects that engage with the themes of mental health and wellbeing, focused on individuals personal stories. We enable people to share their histories & experiences to connect and communicate with each other. Our peer support groups use creativity as a tool to empower. We work primarily with mothers and families.

Fundraising events held, at Eastbrook Primary Academy School- ie Summer & Christmas Fetes. Raffles, school discos, dress down days.This is on order to raise funds to donate to the school to enhance both education to pupils - providing both facilities and equipment to further support the school.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people wirht skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 1st Barnham Scout Group give young people of Barnham and neighbouring villages the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

Events to raise funds to benefit the pupils of Graffham and Duncton Schools, including social events, christmas and summer fayres, sale of fund raising goods

The Parents and Friends Association of Estcots Primary aim to raise money for the school, to provide extra resources, activities and experiences for the children. We run many fundraising events throughout the school year, such as Christmas and Summer Fairs, discos, quiz nights etc.

The Charity seeks to enhance the education and learning facilities for all children through the purchase of equipment, to provide fun activities for the children such as Pizza Days. To provide general support with events such as Sports Day, Open Evenings, and to hold joint fund raising events with other schools, such as Fireworks Night and Christmas Fair.

To provide housing and annual outings for the over 60's of Arundel.

PROFESSIONAL ORCHESTRA BASED IN KENT; WORK INCLUDES EDUCATION OUTREACH PROJECTS WITH SCHOOLS AND BRINGING MUSIC TO NEW AUDIENCES. ALSO PROVIDES PERFORMANCE PLATFORM FOR OUTSTANDING YOUNG SOLOISTS. ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WORK WITH CHORAL AND OPERA ENSEMBLES AND FOR HELP TO PROMOTE WORK OF NEW COMPOSERS.

The charity aims to assist individuals and organisations who promote the welfare of the elderly or disadvantaged and to encourage the training and community spirit of young people in England.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

The Trust is active on the Southern Branch of the River Wey (and tributaries) in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, from its source to its confluence with the Northern Wey at Tilford.It carries out conservation work, education and interpretation, covering the ecology, archaeology and history, landscape and the quality of the river itself.

Raise funds for the general assisstance of both local,regional and international needy groups and individuals.

The charity holds, maintains and administers the four almshouses which it owns in the parish of Oving, West Sussex, for the benefit of present and future occupants, who are aged or infirm persons of good character and (except in special cases approved by the charity commission) are resident in the parish at the time immediately prior to their occupancy.
