We operate weekly groups for archery.Sailing takes place during the summer and we now have skiff rowing in the winter. We hold regular work parties for the sailing section during the winter when we prepare the fleet for the following season. Monthly social get togethers and various fund raising events through the year.

The Town Trust has responsibility for the care and maintenance of the property of the old Corporation of Midhurst. Income is generated by the letting of the Old Town Hall and the Market Square. Any surplus funds after maintenance of the property can be used for the general benefit of the Parishioners of Midhurst. Area of application is very specific to the Parish of Midhurst.

Promotion and financial support of Symphony Concerts by Worthing Symphony Orchestra and other public musical events in furtherance of its objectives to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music. Concerts could not be held for a long period due to Covid but have now resumed

The performance of amateur musical theatre in the Chichester district including at least one major musical per year and a number of concerts supporting local events and charities.

The Charity exists to provide long term funding to maintain the fabric of the Parish Church of St Michael and St Gabriel in Harting, West Sussex in association with its sister Charity, the Friends of Harting Church, under the direction of the Parochial Church Council.

The Charity's objectives are to further the education of children and adults in the environs of Sussex. Its principal activity is to provide examination facilities for Cambridge ESOL. English as a foreign language examinations are held throughout the year. Facilities for other examinations may also be provided.

We are part of the national Scouting organisation providing scouting activities to boys and girls aged 6 - 29 years old.

To support local charities, community groups and projects in the community and neighbourhoods in which Carpenter Box is located as well as those communities and neighbourhoods in which its employees reside.

TO CONSERVE, MAINTAIN AND PROMOTE THE USE OF THE WORTHING WURLITZER ORGAN INSTALLED IN THE ASSEMBLY HALL WORTHING. PROMOTION OF THEATRE ORGAN CONCERTS WITH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ARTISTES OF THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS. ONGOING MAINTENANCE TO PRESERVE THE CAPABILITY OF THE ORGAN TO THE FINEST STANDARDS.

Provision of Scouting to the young people of Arundel and the surrounding villages.

Midhurst Community Hub is a "one-stop-shop" advice centre for people coping with multiple problems to do with debt,benefits, housing issues, utility companies, Blue Badge/PIP forms etc. It is run by local volunteers for local people. The Hub is based in the Library at the Grange Community centre but with "spokes" linking to over 30 specialist providers in the public and charity sectors.

Education activities for women of all ages. Promoting and supporting all areas of community life within the village of Cowfold and its immediate environs.

This charity supports and encourages pilgrimages for all ages.

Grant making to registered charities or other worthy causes

For the public benefit the relief of poverty by providing items of furniture / goods to people in need, for example single parents; people on low income and people who have suffered due to the effects of Covid 19.

The objects of this charity are to advance, promote and encourage generally and in particular by means of a competitive festival the study and practice of the arts of music,speech and drama.

Parent Teachers Association dedicated to support Southbourne Infant & Junior Schools and to provide a social network for parents and staff.

We are a Christian organisation for the propagation of Christian materials and teaching and the use of our facilities for related ceremonies.
