The Association plans and co-ordinates several fundraising events throughout the school year including seasonal fayres, craft workshops, food sales and other community events. The funds raised are used to support the linked school through providing activities and items that the school is unable to fund through it's budget.

Devon Essential Medical Services provides an event medical service to community events. provides a community first aid training service and promotes volunteering

To further or benefit the residents of the Malmesbury Community Area (as defined by Wiltshire Council) by establishing a community centre (the Riverside Community Centre) and to maintain and manage the centre to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

The objects of the charity are to raise funds to benefit the children attending Neston Primary School, Neston, Corsham, Wiltshire and to enable to school to provide additional and enhanced educational activities that would not otherwise be provided within the budgets set by the local education authority.

Supply of material used by churches and individuals

We are a chamber choir, funded mostly by members' subscriptions with some small income from concerts and donations. We give up to 6 concerts a year, mostly in churches in the Cotswold area. We like to work in partnership with other organisations to support local concerns and are currently aiming to increase our audiences to make this more financially rewarding for our partners.

The Aim of The Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local national and International communities.

We provide advice & expertise on heritage/ collections management, support acquisition, conservation & learning projects at Lydiard House & Park, & make research available to the public. We have contributed funds towards conservation of St.Mary's Church & are active in seeking to protect the Grade 1 buildings & historic landscape from housing development on its perimeter and other threats.

A day-centre for the elderly of Bromham & Rowde providing companionship, a hot two course meal and activities including companionship, exercises, card playing, bingo and musical entertainment.

The promotion of sport and learning opportunities to young people in the Bath area and West Wiltshire.

Provision of facilities for leisure time and recreational facilities in order to improve life for middle aged and elderly people.

The Forum offers support, activities, events and fund raising opportunities for young people, aged 10 to 18 (or 25 with special educational needs), in the Marlborough Community Area to have fun and build their skills, capacities and capabilities to better enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals

Maintain the Village Hall for the communal benefit of the inhabitants of Pitton and its surrounds, providing first class hall facilities at an affordable cost to voluntary organisations serving the community.

Somer Valley Tennis is open to all and its aim is to make tennis accessible to all members of our community. We are a non profit making charity and are committed to running our club in a fair and equitable way. Collectively we take responsibility for all our members and endeavour to ensure a safe and fair playing environment where no one is discriminated against.

The synagogue holds services every Friday night and and marks all festivals and high holidays. Many school visits take place to meet the national curriculum. A Jewish studies and Art/Music group meets regularly and there are various social activities. National Holocaust day is observed along with local council and other faith groups.

St John Singers is a small choir which sings at events such as concerts and religious services, often in partnership with other charities. The main area of activity is Salisbury, with occasional trips further afield or overseas. Members and audiences benefit from the appreciation of, and education in the art and science of music. Partnering charities benefit financially from concert profits.

To advance the study of spelaeology and associated sciences, and to promote the conservation of caves and their environment for the benefit of the public.

We provide education, support and practical help for Breast Cancer sufferers, after their diagnosis with counselling, complimentary therapies, consultants advice, information days and seminars , with the objective of improving the understanding and conditions of Breast Cancer

Published newsletters;Conducted fund raising activities, i.e. a Tea and Cakes event at the annual Prom Concert and various raffles;Arranged for coaches to run from the village to a concert in Marlborough and accompanied the Band to a number of competitions;Funded the Training Band;Funded refurbishment of the Timpani, hall hire, conductor?s expenses, coach hire and purchase of music stands.

To promote the welfare of aged persons resident in Purton in any manner which is deemed by law to be charitable.The hall is maintained and made available to local organisations for the provision of activities e.g. lunch club for the benefit of local elderly residents.
