It arranges meetings and activities designed to achieve understanding, friendship and respect between people of both sexes and all ages. There is a women's group. and much emphasis is given to young people through sporting and educational activity

Awarded a grant to Langley Academy Rowing Club, who had a rowing programme, but no boats. They have been enjoying some success at indoor rowing competitions and in borrowed boats, but they have since been able to purchase a boat, which will allow delopment of youth rowing for state school pupils.

Activities for young people following the award/badge system as developed by the Scout Association. We offer fun, adventure, interest to develop the young people in a safe environment.

Kennet Opera is an amateur organisation which provides a vehicle through which members of the local community, of all ages, can experience all aspects involved in the staging and performing of classical opera, whilst helping to develop and support up-and-coming young professionals. We perform one staged opera per year in English with the aim of making opera accessible to a wider audience.

School Drive is a registered charity providing brand new school supplies and equipment (in particular, but not limited to, school uniforms, stationery, shoes, sports kit and bags) free of charge to school children aged 4-18 years whose families could not otherwise afford to provide through a lack of means.
