Down Syndrome Cheshire support Parents/Carers and professionals working with people with DS. We offer a variety of services ranging from Peer support for families and carers to specific training on the learning profile of DS to offering tailored support for schools to help differentiate the curriculum.

Membership of Number Seven are low income households. Members are able to access affordable food at the supermarket in person or through home deliveries. The cafe provides tasty and nutritious food to local residents and at reduced prices to Members. Surplus produce is recycled through the cafe/supermarket. Training and employment opportunities are provided.

LDAS provides services to ALL women & girls,16 plus, who have been subjected to domestic violence & abuse. We support women whether they intend to stay in the relationship, want help to leave or have left and still suffering the effects. We do this by providing trained specialist DA advocates, one to one support, counselling, group programmes, safety planning, housing, legal and welfare support.

The charities objectives are to provide transport facilities in Merseyside for persons who have special need of such facilities because they are vulnerable children and adults with mental and/or physical disabilities.

The principal objects of the charity are to further and assist in the education (on a social and physical basis) of children and adults within Wirral and nearby areas through the use of football and other ancillary sporting activities as educational tools. Our wide ranging delivery focuses on the development of football skills using the medium of football to inspire learning and improve fitness.

Activities that serve the local community to advance the Christian faith include bereavement ministry, pastoral care, baptism and baptism preparation, wedding preparation, youth mentoring service local high schools, after school youth drop in hub, CAP Life Skills courses and parent & toddler group.

Rescue Me Animal Sanctuary continues to face increasing workloads due to the cruelty and abandonment of animals within Merseyside and the surrounding areas. The overall vision of RMAS is to grow and develop, to ensure that it is effective and fit for purpose to meet the increasing demand and promote education and animal welfare to the general public.

Provision of a Youth Club and Community Centre in the Everton area of Liverpool, including a full programme of After School and Senior Club Activities.

LIVERPOOL COMMUNITY ADVICE PROVIDES FREE, INDEPENDENT, NON-JUDGMENTAL AND CONFIDENTIAL ADVICE ON A RANGE OF ISSUES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. LIVERPOOL COMMUNITY ADVICE'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE, AND THROUGH PERSONAL ADVICE POINT THE WAY TO RESOLVING ISSUES, DEALING WITH DEBTS, MAXIMISING INCOME, PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS, IN FACT ANYTHING FOR WHICH PEOPLE NEED HELP AND SUPPORT.

To alleviate disadvantage by the promotion of creative activities, particularly new writing, through the provision of activities and events, and through the promotion of new media with a view to promoting learning and encouraging new writing.

We support the long term recovery and reintegration of the most socially excluded members of society across Merseyside. We provide individually tailored packages to assist with re-entry into mainstream activities such as employment, education, or voluntary work. This is all delivered on a one-to-one basis to ensure that every individual can achieve a positive outcome shaped by them.

To educate the public in the dramatic, operatic and musical arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in said arts.

Provide regular public worship, open to all, and sacred space, for personal prayer and contemplation. Visit the sick and bereaved. Teach Christianity through sermons, study groups and religious assemblies in schools. Promote the mission of the church through the provision of activities for children, parents and senior citizens. Supporting other churches and charities both UK and overseas.

The object of the charity is to promote the benefit inhabitants of the fazakerley area and surrounding areas to advance education. preserve and protect good health and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisuretime occupation with the objects of improving the conditiond of life for inhabitants of the area.

We support adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges and older people with dementia through inclusive and person-centred practices. We provide meaningful activities and respectful support so that individuals feel able to enjoy life and embrace community presence.

Secure cohesion & promote partnerships between all parties who contribute to learning in Liverpool; facilitate support programmes; devise & implement priorities in consultation with all partners to improve educational opportunities for all learners 2-25 in Liverpool; ensure clear communication channels exist between member organisations & other agencies in order that lifelong learning is promoted

The promotion of sport, education, health and inclusion for the benefit of communities in Chester and its surrounding areas using football as a vehicle for change.
