Fund is to assist aged or distressed persons male or female belonging to the upper or middle classes of society and being natives of the Counties of Staffordshire or Worcestershire or who shall for ten years or upwards have resided in one or other of those Counties provided that such persons shall have been reduced to poverty by misfortune and not by their own improvidence or neglect.

Scout Group

The objectives of the Association is to relive patients and former patients of the Evesham Community Hospital and other invalids in the community who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need of assisance and generally, to support the charitable work of the Evesham Community Hospital.

Philomusica is a mixed-voice choral society giving concerts in both rural and urban churches throughout Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, as well as performances in Pershore and Tewkesbury Abbeys.

Eight meetings and eight field meetings were held during the year. The Committee met four times during the year Newsletters were published in March and September The annual Transactions was published in December.

Fundraising for use at Franche Community Primary School

Fun, learning and Achievement. Competition with other clubs, counties, nationally. Networking. Promoting Growth of young people with emphasis on confidence, diverse skills and socialising. Organising charity events.

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Provision of almshouse for the residents of the Town of Pershore

Teaching and preaching seminars online and homes. Development of 'church in the house' meetings by visiting individuals and groups in UK and overseas as invited to provide teaching, motivation and consultation. Holidays and/or finance provided for persons in special stress or need.

The charity provides facilities for recreation or leisure time occupations for persons under the age of 16 who are resident in the City of Worcester. Such facilities being that which the beneficiaries have need by reason of their youth, social or economic circumstances and which will improve the conditions of life of the beneficiaries by promoting their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

We promote and encourage high standards in the arts of music and singing in the barbershop style. We put on Singing courses designed to encourage singing within the community. We entertain Music Directors from other choirs and other styles of music in order to further their knowledge of barbershop. Our MD has attended other Choirs as coach for educational purposes.

Campaigning for the preservation and interpretation of the Battlefield and its associated sites. Conducting guided Battlefield tours and providing information for self-guided tours. Creating and displaying medieval banners in Tewkesbury during the Summer months. Mounting information and fundraising stands at local events.

To foster an appreciation of the art and science of music by the presentation of collaborative projects. The group endeavours to offer music rarely performed due to the scale required using very large groups of singers and orchestral players. Workshops, concerts and associated activities will be offered involving a wide spectrum of choral societies.

Raises funds for local primary school through a series of activities and events, the funds being spent for & by the school for additional educational facilities.

Management of Almshouses and associated endowment
