The purpose of the Association is to relieve the blind, or the partially blind, or those labouring under some temporary or permanent incapacity or disability which makes reading and writing a strain, by the provision of recorded audio material, playback equipment and other such means of communication on loan as may be determined by the Committee.

While support is donated to many local charities, such as the food bank, the ladies of the Inner Wheel Club actively enjoy sending shoe boxes abroad. Funds are also raised for overseas charities such as, schools, hospitals, water aid, etc.

TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF GRANTS FOR THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATION AND SOCIAL INTERCOURSE OF THE ELDERLY PARTICULARLY FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED SERVICES IN THE WYRE FORST DISTRICT

To advance education for the public benefit in Malvern and surrounding are by providing literacy skills sessions for members of socially and economically disadvantaged communities offering activities and support to develop an individuals skills and understanding.

TO GRANT AID THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF ANY EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH OR CHURCHES WITHIN A RADIUS OF 30 MILES OR RUARDEAN.

Bromyard Public Hall provides typical Village Hall facilities for Bromyard and the Surrounding area. It includes one large Hall complete with stage at one end and a fully operative kitchen at the other, plus a smaller meeting room upstairs. The Hall is available for all charitable functions and for use by local groups, sporting clubs, dance clubs and the like.

Educational activities associated with the Kidderminster Railway Museum and the Highley Engine House. Fund raising for the overhaul of the steam loco Manning, Wardle 2047 of 1926 known as Warwickshire.

A) to promote for the benefit of the public the preservation and operation of steam locomotives of historic interest.B) To educate the public about steam locomotives of rolling stock of historic interest and the contributions made by them to the industrial life of this country

General help to residents of Hagley.

To provide an organisation for women with the object of enabling them to take an effective part in life and development. To make provision for a fuller education and citizenship.

The trust gives grants to advance education in art, craft and design in Redditch and its neighbourhood.

Raises funds and provides support for Church Lench School

To provide leisure activities which includes sports, handcrafts visits, outings and generally socialising within the group and within the community as a whole.

Organising and providing musical activities for schools and young people with professional musiciansRunning an open access community choir including outreach work and performances

Redditch and Bromsgrove Advanced Motorists alternate each month between social evenings and meetings for observers, associates and other active members. All meetings are on the third Wednesday of the month in Beoley village hall, near Redditch.

Annual award of small grants to young persons living in the parishes of Colwall and Little Malvern, who are pursuing approved courses in tertiary education.

We organise bi-monthly activities for deaf children in a deaf friendly environment. we also organise annual residential holidays enabling deaf children to take part in activities the same as their hearing peers. We give parents a well earned rest and enable deaf children to take part in activities that they may not be able to do due to the communication barriers they face on a daily basis.

General fund raising

The provision and maintenance of the village hall for the use by the residents of Bredon and Bredon's Norton and surrounding areas for meetings, lectures, and classes of an educational nature and for recreational/leisure activities with the object of providing 'added value' to the lives of local people many of whom are elderly.

Wyre Forest Talking Newspaper provides weekly audio tapes of extracts from local newspapers in the Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire (Kidderminster, Stourport,Bewdley). This service is for blind and visually impaired people of the area. It is also for people for whom handling a traditional newspaper is difficult/impossible by reason of some other disability. The service is provided by volunteers

Educational/heritage connections, Battle of Evesham site conservation, events, visits, guided tours, publishing newsletter and books, lectures, general raising of awareness and promotion of understanding of Simon de Montfort, his life and times and their influence on the current form of Britain

The charity is established to run the village hall in Great Comberton for the benefit of the village residents & local area. e.g. social committee events, brownies, toddlers group, art classes, W.I., line dancing, yoga etc.
