Friends of St Margaret's hold two or three small fundraising activities each year - mainly for the congregation and their friends and families. The profits are banked until such time as a need for funds arises in order for the church to improve or maintain facilities. The PCC applies to the Friends who consider giving a grant in these circumstances.

Purchase of bibles for poor young persons in Powick Worcestershire.

To advance the education of the medical profession, primarily of General Practitioners; the promotion and delivery of medical research and the dissemination of the results for the benefit of the general public; and the relief of sickness through medical research.

Conserve, maintain and enhance the Avon Meadows site as a natural habitat using volunteers.Educate members and the public in the principles and practice of conservation.Monitor and maintain records of the fauna and flora of the site and its benefits of the wetland for flood alleviation and water quality improvement.Promote Avon Meadows as a community asset for Pershore.
