The Foundation is an education charity based in Hartlebury. Its key purpose is to benefit local schools and individuals by making financial awards to enhance and support educational opportunities. It seeks and considers applications from local schools or from individual pupils or students resident in the 'ancient parish of Hartlebury'.

The Charity continues to fundraise monies through traditional fundraising methods to support and protect the psychical and mental health of rugby players and their families who have been impacted by catastrophic spinal injuries. This is done through the provision of financial assistance, support, education and practical advice.

The advancement of the education of children, young people and the community in and around Worcestershire through promoting and enhancing the provision of outdoor education. 22 schools, (High, Primary, Special and one local park) have been mapped for orienteering and laminated maps prepared for each site along with staff training. Our current emphasis is on developing disabled access to sailing.

Sport and recreation for adults and children, football, rugby, walking, tennis, netball and children's play area.

To preserve and maintain ex-British Rail (BR) Class 50 Locomotives for the benefit and education of the public.

We respond to life threatening emergencies using volunteers who are trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service. We also work to increase awareness of lifesaving techniques by providing free sessions in CPR and the use of Public Access Defibrillators to our local communities.We will use our assets in the best possible way, for the benefit of the local communities we serve

United Kingdom: Health awareness. Sessions on Lifestyle choices, nutrition and healthy eating.India: improving lives of disadvantaged children by empowering the parents/guardians through education and training. (Women's training programme, Health Education)

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Norton and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare
