The Harrison Zoological Museum Trust is a registered scientific institution (CITES No. GB010), which promotes biodiversity conservation and environmental protection, primarily in the Palaeotropics and subtropics, through research, capacity building and working with local communities.

Offering grants and donations for individuals or charitable associations, bodies and organisations for the advancement of education, arts and culture, amateur sports, promotion of good health and relief for sickness in the United Kingdom and in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Uganda and Kenya.

The charity works for the advancement of the Christian faith, the relief of persons in need, hardship or distress or who are aged or sick, and the advancement of education on the basis of Christian principles. It holds public Sunday services, runs activities for children and young people in the community, holds meetings for Bible study, prayer and fellowship.

Making grants to charities and individuals who meet the Trust's objectives and impress the Trustees with the relevance of their project proposals, the effectiveness of their operations and the sustainability of their activities. Given the Trust's aim to advance religion by the promotion of the Christian faith, the Christian message should be integral to the activity.

The Book Bus aims to improve child literacy rates in Africa by providing children with books and the inspiration to read them. We provide a mobile library service to remote and disadvantaged schools in Zambia and recruit staff and volunteer reading assistants who introduce children (and their parents) to the joy of reading.

Grant making for charitable purposes in the UK and other countries for the relief of those in need; for the prevention or relief of poverty; for the relief of sickness; and for the promotion of social inclusion.

To advance charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the Trustees see fit from time to time in particular but not limited to advancing the education of young people by making grants to schools and to students. The charity shall benefit in particular but not exclusively, the population surrounding the Nayamba Primary School in the Chisamba region of Zambia.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF NATURAL SCIENCE

JCT makes grants for charitable purposes in four main areas of funding: population control, the natural environment, education and health.

Learn Achieve Become (L.A.B) works across the world, providing free education and sports projects in areas of high need. In particular, we aim to provide the most support to marginalised groups, such as people with disabilities and those living in extreme poverty.Currently, L.A.B works in both Madagascar and Guatemala, delivering 2 permanent projects.

Within the year, the charity made a total of 50 donations to the Evangelical Christian faith in all parts of the UK. Total donations amounted to -ú105,945.

The provision of clean and safe drinking water which results in the reduction/elimination of water-borne diseases, resulting in improved health, higher attendance rates at school and, consequently, better educational outcomes and improved ability to work, thus relieving poverty. We will also provide Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH) training for improved sanitation and hygiene.

Advancing the Christian faith:1. Maintaining a Bible-believing community of faith, including Sunday services, mid-week groups, prayer meetings & pastoral care.2. Outreach: Worship services for local elderly people, free community drop-in coffee mornings & other activities.Providing relief (mainly financial):1. Church members & other connected persons in Telford.2. Various bodies abroad.

A global charity providing photographic training and life-skills to underprivileged youngsters to enable them to develop their potential.

The objects of the Trust are exclusively charitable, including procamation of the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the propagation of and instruction in the doctrine and practices of the Trust Deed.

As a Christian based charity our aim is to help those in need by giving them a hand up not just a hand out. We seek to reach whole communities working with local people by serving leaders. Linking churches-reaching nations demonstrating the love and goodness of God.

Oasis Relief works to advance education and health and prevent poverty in Zambia. The charity advances education by supporting the provision of facilities for primary education of children and vocational training of older children and adults. It promotes health by sinking boreholes to provide clean, safe water to vulnerable communities and by supporting a health clinic in a very poor compound.

General Charitable Purposes

Teaching about Christian faith and action in the UK and overseas so as to promote activity within churches that demonstrates biblically authentic faith, and relieving poverty in the UK and particularly in the developing world (currently mostly India and Zambia) through support of social care and health programmes, education and vocational training.
