We support and guide communities as they examine their history and resources, create a community vision and plan, and implement and sustain projects. General charitable purposes.

The Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeons (TUGSS) Society represents the global community of Upper Gastro-intestinal Surgery and all its various sub-specialities.There is currently no global platform representing all of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery. TUGSS aims to fill this space by uniting us all under one umbrella.

The NUHA Foundation runs a free annual writing competition, known as the Blogging Prizes. This is designed to promote thinking and sharing around questions of education, in an inclusive manner that supports the self-confidence of participants, including non-native speakers of the competition language.

Advancement of education in Zambia and elsewhere among children, youths and adults by awarding scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants for use at an approved school, university or college to people who would not otherwise have access to education due to lack of financial means

Our mission is to educate children to end the demand for the illegal wildlife trade and to inspire them with the wonder of the wild world. Tale2Tail will reduce the demand for ivory by inspiring & empowering children. We are putting together full educational resources for teachers and these resource packs will be in a variety of languages for teachers to implement globally.

A NATIONWIDE TEAM OF VOLUNTEER JOURNALISTS GATHER AUDIO IN A UNIQUE WAY, BY TALKING PEER TO PEER TO THEIR FRIENDS, FAMILY OR THROUGH MORE OFFICIAL CONNECTIONS MADE VIA YOUTH GROUPS OR CLUBS.

Delivery of sports equipment (in particular footballs) to children living in under developed or developing countries in Africa and elsewhere.

We are running an after school project for young people.Young people from the black African community are benefiting from various activities including tennis table play, pool table, computer game, Nintendo play mentoring, professional advice, and guidance. This project is mainly targeting young people from Africa living in Bedford but no exclusively the wider community.

Our activities include the alleviation of rural youth poverty through a combined approaching involving education through sport, social enterprise, civic education and vocational training.

Adopt-a-School Foundation UK supports the creation and enhancement of a learning and teaching environment in underdeveloped and underperforming schools in Southern Africa in some of the most marginalised communities. The operating model addresses the complex needs of a particular school across teaching, leadership, social welfare needs and schooling infrastructure until independently sustainable.

To help relieve sickness and financial hardship, promote and preserve good health. Enable the education of the most deprived people, train poor and disadvantaged people, through activities, such as farming and food processing skills to feed themselves. Provide relief where there is poverty or disasters so lives can be re-built and dignity restored.

To act as a resource for youth in Zambia and such other parts of the world as the charity trustees may from time to time think fit, by providing advice and support to those organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities; assisting in the provision of shelter, education, training, and healthcare, in particular through the support of the Agape Love Family Home, Zambia.

To promote community participation in healthy recreation for young people in London, the surrounding area and Zambia, through the provision of sports and fitness facilities so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.To advance education by provide scholarships?to the young people with regards to educational needs.
