The principal objective of the association is to promote through charitable activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the city of Leeds and its surrounding regions, particularly those of Chinese origin. The principal activities undertaken include the organisation of fund raising festive events,three tours and some charitable donations.

ICP Support helps women and families affected by the liver condition of pregnancy called intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) also known as obstetric cholestasis (OC) by: providing information and support; advancing education; promoting and raising funds for research into the condition.

Coleridge Families aim is to advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing, and assisting in providing, facilities for education at the school (not normally provided by the local education authority).
