Fundraising for place of worship and learning.

Our activities promote, in the ecclesiastical parish of St Philip, the whole mission of the Church. We provide a place for Christian worship in St Philip's Church with services on Wednesdays and Sundays. We reach out into the local and wider community with activities and fundraising events and we hire our church hall to groups and family events.

Organising local fund raising activities for the purpose of making grants to sports and social entities in the area.

Raising money for Bousfield school, through cultural and social events and donations, such as cake sales, summer BBQ, school disco, quiz nights among others.The money is used to support the school's projects including for school trips, repairs and visiting lecturers.

We raise money in the UK so that we can pay the secondary school fees of the brightest children from poor homes in several villages in Sierra Leone - Mahera, Kayunga, Bonthe and Shenge. We also buy wheelchairs and adapted bicycles to enable disabled children to get to school. Finally, we give grants to groups and organisations which meet the education and training needs of the poorest students.

Missionary Ventures (MVGB) is an interdenominational Christian charity that serves and equips national churches to reach their nations with the love and message of Jesus Christ. We partner with British churches, individuals and organisations, motivating and facilitating their involvement in the mission field, mainly through sending short-term mission teams and raising funds for strategic projects.

BEAT SCAD ACTIVITIES FOCUS ON THREE MISSION AREAS: 1) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE UNCOMMON AND UNDER-DIAGNOSED HEART CONDITION SPONTANEOUS CORONARY ARTERY DISSECTION (SCAD) BY SHARING UP TO DATE INFORMATION; 2) SUPPORTING PEOPLE AFFECTED BY SCAD THROUGH CONFERENCES, ORGANISED WALKS & SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS; 3) RAISING FUNDS FOR RESEARCH TO UNDERSTAND THE CAUSE AND TO OPTIMIZE TREATMENT AND PROGNOSIS.

Supporting the homeless and vulnerable Fundraising

Ryedale Dog Rescue is a charity caring for unwanted and abandoned dogs in the Ryedale, Scarborough and East Yorkshire areas. It is run by a team of volunteers and financed soley by donations and fundraising events.

The charity owns Sherborne Classic and Supercars Limited that runs annually a classic and supercar show to raise funds for local and national charities. The event is held at Sherborne Castle Dorset DT5 9NR.

The Friends of St Luke's Hospital offer a guiding service for visitors to the hospital, as well as raising funds from the proceeds of two coffee shops on the hospital premises and through donations to benefit all at the hospital. From the funds raised, the charity is able to help doctors or hospital departments obtain items that would not normally be available through normal NHS funding.

Currently the charity is raising funds prior to commencing its charitable activity in 2014. It will then aim to advance public education through the provision of scholarships, assisted places, bursaries, grants & other financial assistance the Trustees see fit to study at the School. This is including, but not limited to, financial assistance towards the cost of attendance, activities & transport.

Edirisa UK supports the Ugandan charity Edirisa and fundraises for various projects focussing on primary and nursery school education and access to clean water. We are committed to the improving the living conditions of the local population;improving health and education and increasing local employment. Edirisa is based in Kabale in South Western Uganda.

Classroom based learning and organised activities in an effort to promote mutual respect of all others. To fundraise for emergency relief to long term development projects in areas such as water, sanitation, health and nutrition to help the poor worldwide.

Rotary is a social and philanthropic organisation operating internationally. Local branches such as Congleton meet regularly socially and also organize various events locally to raise money for various charities. Funds raised are distributed to mainly local charities (approx 70%) & some national and international in response to foreign disaster appeals.

The FSA as it is known is a charity run by the parents of the City of London Freemen's School. The aim of the charity is to raise money by fundraising activities for use within the school, which are for the benefit of and to further the development of the pupils and former pupils of the school.

The Lavinia Norfolk Trust raises money to support the children with disabilities who attend the Lavinia Norfolk Centre; a specialist centre, within The Angmering School, for children with Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment or Physical Disabilities. The Trust aims to provide additional sporting and educational opportunities for these disabled young people and to enrich their lives as a result

Friends of Salaam Baalak Trust (UK) exists to raise funds for, and awareness about, street children in India. We work in Delhi in particular and principally by supporting the activities of the Indian NGO Salaam Baalak Trust.
