We are a volunteer-run charity set up to support countryside conservation and management schemes across NE Surrey and adjoining urban fringe areas of South London. We do this principally via raising funds in order to provide grants to further our aims. Pets As Therapy facilitates visits by registered volunteers with their temperament assessed dogs and cats to establishments including hospitals, hospices, residential and nursing homes, and day care centres, bringing comfort, companionship and therapy into the lives of thousands of patients and residents. Registered PAT dogs and cats also work with phobic children and stroke patients.

Limmud is a unique model of cross-communal, grass-roots, volunteer-driven Jewish learning and leadership development. SASH prevents vulnerable young people from becoming homeless by offering them a room in a volunteer?s home. We provide emergency accommodation through our Nightstop Service for up to 14 nights. Longer term accommodation, for up to 2 years is provided through our Supported Lodgings schemes.

We provide services and equipment for Moorfields Eye Hospital that would not be available through normal NHS funding. We manage a team of over 200 volunteers and pay for non-medical staff posts and purchase one off pieces of equipment that will enhance the patient experience.
