Throughout the year the volunteers engage the community in a variety of community based projects e.g the Community house which when completed will be a base for community held events, the community garden which is open for all to use and develop. This culminates into a 3 day festival involving local music across all ages, genre and ethnicities, a variety of sporting events etc.

We operate a community based transport service run mostly by volunteer drivers for those people who live in and around Broseley, Barrow and Much Wenlock and Shifnal who are unable to access or use other forms of transport.

ATE is an educational trust which runs residential holiday camps called 'Superweeks' during the Christmas, Easter and summer school holidays. The children come from all over the UK and beyond. Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age. Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.

We operate as a Cathedral Volunteer Programme for unemployed people. We bring a sharp focus to their employability and skills needs and create a structured pathway to support them back to work. Our volunteers are not clients or customers, it is their decision to choose and commit to being a volunteer and they can stay as long as they want to. There are no goodbyes.

Our main activity is a drop-in centre 1 day per week open to all refugee and asylum seeking women in Bristol. Home-Start South Warwickshire provide practical help, friendship and emotional support to families in South Warwickshire where there is a child under five. Families may be struggling with parenting, physical or mental illness, disability, multiple births, loneliness or isolation. Our volunteers, who are parents themselves, undergo 30 hours of training, regular CPD and supervision.

We are a local breast cancer support group run entirely by unpaid volunteers who have all been affected by breast cancer. Communicare in Southampton is a community care group with volunteers, many from local churches, that works on behalf of the whole community in Southampton. Home-Start Bradford District is a preventative & early help service offering confidential, support, friendship and practical help to families who have at least one child under the age of 5 years. They recruit, train and support volunteers, all of whom have parenting experience, to home visit families who are experiencing difficult times and promote self-esteem, confidence and encourage self-help.

We support Spelthorne families with at least one child under five who are experiencing difficulties. We match each family with a trained volunteer who visits weekly, becomes a family friend, and offers emotional and practical support to help the family solve their problems.
