We recycle donated furniture and goods to reduce landfill and help furnish homes in London at no cost for women who have experienced domestic abuse. We provide work experience opportunities for volunteers.

Prison Fellowship aims to support prisoners by coming alongside them and supporting them to change. We offer our victim awareness course (Sycamore Tree), family contact programme (Angel Tree) and Letter Writing services to all who request them, regardless of their beliefs. We do this through our network of volunteer members and have over 2500 volunteers throughout England and Wales.

The Fund raises funds and applies its income for the benefit of the churches and provinces of the Anglican Communion and the international ministry of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

We are an umbrella organisation for youth organisations in East and West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Established for over 80 years, we are committed to developing a vibrant grassroots led voluntary and community youth sector, which involves, empowers and meets the needs of young people in Sussex. We currently support 148 member organisations and directly deliver 43 weekly youth activities.

Provision of a venue and service for youth work and award schemes, targeting based on age or mental or physical ability. Provision of a venue and service for community events, courses, social and/or employment skills. Work with other voluntary or educational organisations through the use of employees and volunteers of the organisation operating sessions and mentoring, for example at local schools.

As a Church, we do hold sermon and Bible Academy class every week. We also run Bible seminar three to four times annual to preach people who are non-believers. The members of our church therefore gather almost every evening to study the Bible to get to know God closely and help people on that subject as well as volunteer work.

ACMHS is a community based organisation providing free confidential and culturally appropriate services to African and African Caribbean people suffering from mental ill health. Main activities are assessment and management of care, Mental health services, IAPT, CBT, Advocacy, Volunteering, Carers Group, Student Placement, Advice and Support, Counselling, Drop-ins, Befriending/peer support

The charity runs a shop in the Princess Royal Hospital Haywards Heath and raises funds with other activities such as Golf days /street collections

Acacia Family Support offers free post natal support services for mothers and their families affected by pre or post natal depression across Birmingham. We are a volunteer led organisation and our drop in centres offer a full range of support services for women and their families. Our mission is to :Improve the lives of mothers and families affected by pre- and post- natal depression

Based in the grounds of the John Marley Centre, in Scotswood, the charity offers a wide range of activities linked to sustainability issues and improving mental health and well-being. The programmes include: educational workshops, youth groups, older peoples services, volunteering and training. The charity is involved with a range of environmental and community based projects within the area.

Voluntary Action Coventry exists to promote and support social action, volunteering and community resilience in Coventry, strengthening communities, building capability and improving quality of life for residents in the city.

Fellowship Afloat's centre at Tollesbury, Essex is a place for adventure, relaxation and exploring the environment.Based on a converted lightvessel moored on the coast, it is an activity venture for youth clubs, schools, churches , special needs groups and people pursuing sailing qualifications.Guests are served by the centre staff and expert volunteers who form the lively Christian community.

ANNUAL FASHION EVENTS, FUN RUNS, MUSIC FESTIVALS.COFFEE MORNINGS AND SUPPORT GROUPS.AURORA CARE TO GIVE CHARITY SHOP ON SCOT LANE, DONCASTER, AND BRIC-A-BRAC SHOP AT WORKSOP WELLBEING CENTRE; PROCEEDS OF WHICH ARE DONATED TO AURORA.

The overarching aim is to improve lives in our local communities. This is achieved through the provision of support and services to local charities, groups and communities across Bracknell Forest, Wokingham Borough and surrounding areas. Advocating for and representing the VCS and encouraging and enabling partnerships and collaborative working also supports this aim.

To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the Borough of Scarborough, inlcuding the towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, and its neighbouring areas and, in particular, the advancement of education, the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness; To promote and and organise co-operation in the achievement of the above purposes.

The Nightingale serves patients, relatives, carers, friends and those who are concerned about cancer care. We hope to be able to provide help and information to those who need it along their journey.We aim to work together with existing services within the borough and to co-ordinate local volunteer teams so that valuable resources are used to best effect

The charity raises funds for the Winchester Hospice

Our mission is to provide maximum love and care for domestic animals in our area and beyond, leave no animal alone and unwanted and promote excellent standards of animal welfare. Wherever possible we will achieve this using committed, animal loving, volunteers in our fundraising, rehoming and welfare activities.

The charity is active in North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, enabling men and women to regain independence following a period of dependency on drugs , alcohol or the use of both. It has a social enterprise which helps men and women get ready for work by providing opportunities for purposeful voluntary work in retail services. This includes free tuition for appropriate volunteers.
