Modbury Pre-school and School's Out offers childcare for pre-school children from the ages of 2-5 years during the core day, then for children from 3-11 for wrap-around care and holiday club. Provide education and care for pre-school aged children, in an ofsted approved environment, in the Great Yarmouth area. Activities include; arts and crafts and learning through play. We also support children and families with special needs.

We are a community facility in which we run courses for the general public, provide rooms for community organisations and a creche. Sporting facilities for football of all ages and sexes.
