WE PROVIDE A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES TO OLDER PEOPLE AGED 60+ LIVING IN THE CROSSGATES AND SURROUNDING LS15 DISTRICTS TO PROMOTE HEALTHY AND INDEPENDANT LIVING AND TO REDUCE SOCIAL ISOLATION. THIS INCLUDES ADVOCACY, ADVICE, INFORMATION AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT, AS WELL AS GROUPS FOR EXERCISE AND WELL BEING, CREATIVE ARTS AND PURELY SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES.
