Activities & Mission

We support anyone with a mental health problem to get well and stay well for longer. We run a Recovery College which offers 1-to-1 support, psycho-educational courses, peer support groups, volunteering and counselling. We also offer opportunities for further training and we support people to access other agencies when needed.
