To relieve the needs and to preserve and protect the good health of those affected by dementia and their carers in the NG16 and surrounding areas, by the provision of a regular Memory Cafe, planned activities, events and trips out alongside virtual suppor and activities and to engage with the wider community to actively encorage kindness, tolerance and a better understanding of dementia
