The focus of our activities is to provide a programme of positive activities for the young people aged between 10 and 18 years in our rural village of Wickwar. The object of the charity is to promote agriculture and horticulture for the public benefit by holding an annual show within the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, and in particular but not exclusively the Borrowby and Knayton areas of the district.

Standon & Puckeridge Hares Football Club is run solely by volunteers,we provide a safe environment in an area of rural isolation for children and young adults of all abilities aged between 5 and 18 to enjoy football,social interaction and the outdoors.

Stone YFC is affiliated to the Staffordshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs, which is a rural youth organisation, for anyone aged between 10 and 28. Brampton Foodbank operates in rural areas east of Carlisle, offering relief to those facing financial hardship. We provide emergency food, toiletries, and household essentials, as well as signposting to advice and information services, to individuals and families in need.

The MicroAid Projects is established to empower smallholder farmers through the promotion of self-help, entrepreneurial skills via mobile phones to rural communities in Indonesia. Each smallholder is given free subscription to MicroAid's mobile application with the aim of giving someone the opportunity to learn a new skill that may help them themselves get out of poverty.

The League of Friends role is to relieve patients and invalids of the Halstead Hospital andCommunity & Rural Areas who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm and togenerally support charitable work of the hospital.
