We adapted & provide social prescribing support & healthcoaching for Brent patients. People with a learning disability, neurodiversity & carers get inclusive support & free creative/wellbeing activities eg yoga,poetry,singing,gardening,self-advocacy & art.

The Osmani Trust is a youth and community organisation operating in the East of London. It offers a range of services for young people and the community at large. These can be grouped into the following themes: education, training and employment; gang mediation, conflict resolution and community safety; health and sports; and generic youth club and holiday provisions.

ONCE HOUSED, LAUNCHPAD ENCOURAGES VETERANS TO ENGAGE THE NUMEROUS ORGANISATIONS THAT OFFER HELP WITH TRAINING, SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND FINDING PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION.

Centre for Mental Health undertakes research and development activities in the field of mental health. These activities are particularly focussed on mental health care in prisons and the criminal justice system and on issues relating to the employment of people with mental health problems. Findings and recommendations are aimed at creating improvements on a national scale.

Sport 4 Life UK (S4L) believes in a level playing field where every young person has the opportunity to create a better future for themselves. S4L is proud to provide the opportunity for young people aged 11-29 to prepare for, and move into, sustained education, employment or training, by improving their employability and key life skills - through its sports-themed mentoring and training services.
