Advance the education of pupils in the school

The objectives of the PTA are to organise events and activities that raise funds for equipment and projects in school, to organise social events for the enjoyment of the pupils, their families and the wider community and to represent the children's interests in community matters.

As a school PTA, we arrange and hold fundraising events to raise funds to purchase items that will enable the children to receive a greater enriched learning experience. We also look to encourage and arrange events to enable staff, children and parents to come together to enrich the learning of each and every pupil.

Advance educational needs of children at Pickhurst Infants School.Raise funds to assist in provision of facilities at the school not normally provided by the school.

Organise fundraising activities including a Summer fair and various other activities during the year for the benefit of the parents and pupils at the school.Apply funds raised for the purchase of items that benefit children at the school but which the school is unable to provide.

To raise funds for Birchwood Grove CP School

We support primary pupils education and development at Prendergast Ladywell Primary School. The PTA works with teachers, pupils and parents to provide a range of activities for the pupils to enrich their time at school like providing library services, putting on school fairs and other social events for the pupils. We will also provide materials like musical instruments and cooking utensils.

To raise money for Grange Primary School.

Hold fundraising events in the school such as Christmas Fayre, Breakfast with Santa, Halloween Disco, Valentines Disco, Summer Fete, Bingo & Curry Evenings, Mother's & Father's Day secret present rooms. We also hold new & second-hand uniform sales as well as weekly ice-cream/hot chocolate sales on Friday's after school.
