Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to benefit the aims and activities of Myatt Garden Primary School

The PTA sets out to provide "extras" for the school that statutory funds do not allow for. Examples include Xmas and leavers' presents/party, play equipment and contributions to assist the cost of school trips. Each class is also given an annual allowance, to spend as they wish. It is hoped that the various fund-raising activities help to enhance the parent/parent and parent/teacher relationships.

We work with our school, parents, pupils and the local community to put on a range of events and activities throughout the school year to build our school community and to help fundraise. This includes Fairs at Autumn, Christmas, Easter and Summer. We use our funds to purchase a range of goods and services that help advance the education of pupils at our school.

The charity raises additional funds for one school to purchase additional items of resources, also supports school trips and enhancing the childrens education via purchasing musical instruments, outdoor play equipment, school tracksuits for teams etc. This is done from xmas fairs, summer fairs, coffee & cake mornings, easter egg hunts etc.

St Mary's PTA organise Christmas and Summer Fetes, as well as producing tea towels, Santa's letters and cards for Christmas. We also hold events such as a fun nights, race and auction nights and an entertainer attends at the school annually. We also hold regular cake and uniform sales.

For parents, staff and carers of children at Ashlands Primary School to provide community events and raise funds for the school.

Fundraising for school

Friends of Loughton Manor First School is a PTA providing a link between Loughton Manor First School staff and pupils, governors and parents. FLMFS arranges social and fundraising events and provides equipment and resources to the school to help further the educational experience of the pupils.

Milldene Primary School Parent, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) organise fundraising and social events for the school and apply for eligible grant funding with all proceeds and profits going to the school to enhance their learning experience.
