The object of the Charity is to advance the education of the pupils by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority).

The PTA organisation is focused on raising funds on behalf of the school that can be used for the educational and social benefit of the children. This includes (i) encouraging parents to become involved in their children's education (ii) fund raising to provide goods and/or services to support the school and (iii) supporting the school to achieve/maintain a healthy school status

We organise events to raise money for St Johns Mead Primary School such as:-bingo nights, childrens and family discos, sponsored events, summer and Christmas fayres, quiz nights and so on. The profit we make on our activities goes to enhance the educational experience of pupils at the school, now and in the future.

Fundraising activities for Yavneh Primary School through holding events such as supper quizzes, movie days/nights, summer fayre's and fetes and other ad hoc fundraising activities.
