Core work is in supporting families, providing care in our pre-school nursery for children aged 0 -5 and a Bed sit scheme for young mothers. Wallis bedsits are for young mothers (16-22 yrs) who lack parental support or require additional help through a difficult period in their lives. GLAN activities include the development of innovative legal actions across borders, challenging states and other powerful actors involved with human rights violations. We work with law schools, academics and legal practitioners to research, develop and pursue legal actions in partnership with local grassroots organisations seeking access to justice.

The provision of community transport in the Lewes area for people who have special needs of such facilities because they are elderly, poor or disabled, people with young children or those living in isolated areas where there are no adequate public transport facilities. The Charity operate 8 school runs. These are combined with 5 Dial a Ride routes and 4 other community bus services.

We do that through providing extra adult attention, the chance to work on real-world publishing projects and extra reading support. Activities take place in our unconventional out-of-school learning environments, in Hackney and online.
