The charity seeks to educate the public by the establishment and maintenance of a museum for items of historical and archaeological interest, archives, photographs, flora and fauna and arts and crafts especially those relating to the town of Petersfield and the surrounding area.

The Trust's primary role is to support and make grants to The Kingfishers Bridge Project.

Our projects include: St Mellons Pantry (a community-led project tackling food insecurity); Pantry Garden (wildlife-friendly community food growing space); Wellbeing Workshops with local schools; Friendship & activity groups e.g. Crafty Chats, Diamond Art Club, Stay & Play, Nature Club; St Mellons Mutual Aid Fund; Step Out Scholarship Fund.

We are a parent-involving community based group providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children. The pre-school offers a tailored curriculum promoting the importance of play in the development of the child. Session themes centre around the natural environment with half of the sessions held entirely outdoors in our purpose-made nature garden.

To preserve, conserve and protect for the public benefit the environment of the countryside through the prudent management and holding of land and the use of natural resources, including the promotion and use of organic, traditional and sustainable land management techniques and related activities; and the education of the public in the same.

TRUP collects and redistributes a wide range of homemaking articles at a low cost in Thurrock and and surrounding area, provides training and volunteering opportunities for a wide range of people, including back to work training, individually tailored supported volunteering for clients with learning difficulties and general volunteering for people who want to be involved with a worthwhile cause.

Rescuing and caring for animals, in particular rhinoceroses.Supporting education, health and employment in areas with endangered species with the aim of reducing the incidents of poaching and support conservation in those areas.Making grants for work to support conservation.

The objects of RCT are to promote community-based activities in the Grange Ward of the Borough of Gosport and, in particular, the promotion of : projects for the relief of social deprivation, education, training and employment skills, facilities for public recreation and improvement of the physical and natural environment.

The objectives of the MCFEA are to promote environmental conservation, environmental education and research, and the alleviation of poverty in Africa and Europe. These objectives are achieved through grant-making to charities and NGOs.
