Conserve red squirrels by feeding,improving habitat and advising on timing of timber operations to avoid breeding season. Controlling grey squirrels in north east Cumbria. We have general volunteering opportunities 4 days a week, growing produce and ornamental flowers organically, and encouraging wildlife in a previously unused piece of land. We also benefit from an outdoor kitchen where we run a weekly Lunch Club during the summer, using seasonal produce straight from the ground.Adult training courses and Family Activity Days take place throughout the year.

Furniture Helpline is a community reuse charity. We collect good quality donated furniture, household and white goods and provide them free or at low cost to people in need, on low incomes, in crisis and the general public.Wherever possible we repair, refurbish and recycle. The GRC is an umbrella organisation supporting arts play and educational groups within the county of Gloucestershire. We provide a comprehensive range of practical services including a Scrapstore promoting the re-use of business surplus materials for creative activities, creative training and art, craft supplies.

To relieve unemployment for the benefit of the public in Essex, by the provision of opportunities for volunteering, training and work experience to increase their employability by means of a wood recycling project based in Pitsea; and to relieve financial hardship by the provision of courses in money management and debt counselling.

PPCF support projects that change values and attitudes, promote equity and social justice, develop radical alternatives to economic and social structures. Areas of specific interest are peace issues and environmental sustainability.

We also carry out global environmental activities to mitigate the impact of climate change. Through the merger with Doctors of Rahman DOR we have a huge potential now of specialist doctors teaching/operating and fundraising.

The Riverside Community Association Limited provides a range of leisure, educational and community activities. These are predominantly delivered at the Riverside Centre, a local community hub which the Association manages. The Association works in partnership with a range of other organisations to deliver its programme.

Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of people in Ystradgynlais & neighbouring communities. We recruit, place and support volunteers, promote volunteering opportunities, local activities and events; provide a centre for community use; support new initiatives; provide food to people in need; reduce waste, promote recycling and encourage reuse of products that may otherwise be disposed.

Rescue and care of wildlife.

Global Social Impact is a UK charity which promotes the building of the Global ecosystem of the VP/SI space. We do this by giving grants to entities which work at both country and continent level. We have over 15 year history of this work.

The African Impact Foundation works to conserve, protect and improve the natural environment of both the people of Africa and her wildlife. The foundation is dedicated to creating partnerships with donors and charitable organisations to facilitate resources for and to implement social change and environmental sustainability.
