Environment Charities

At RangerLab, we raise funds through a variety of initiatives and deploy them to wildlife ranger organisations across the globe, to equip and empower wildlife rangers to protect nature at scale. We focus on performance, dignity and morale as our impact pillars, and fund wildlife rangers in the realms of land, marine and altitude environments.

1. TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING SPORTING ORGANISATIONS TO ACT IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WAY;2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

To further or benefit the residents of the Malmesbury Community Area (as defined by Wiltshire Council) by establishing a community centre (the Riverside Community Centre) and to maintain and manage the centre to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

Planting trees in Kent on community land Education by organising lectures / presentations on the subject of trees, and by visiting arboreta or collections both in Kent and elsewhere to study trees in their habitat

To promote for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection, and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Towans and adjacent land between Hayle and Godrevy through direct action or in cooperation with other individuals, groups, landowners or organisations.

We have suppported individuals in the local community who are in urgent need of assistance. Primarily our focus has been upon recycling unwanted donations of furniture which is then re-upholstered and cleaned by a team of volunteers to re-distribute to those in need.

Support of orphans and disabled persons and community in Tajikistan.

Eden Nature Garden is a community garden, established in 2000. Its aim is to create and maintain a sustainable habitat for wildlife and promote biodiversity by planting British native species and through organic gardening.

Columbia Community Centre is a locally run hub, offering free wifi, advice, help and support to all, It holds regular committee meetings, trains and supports its volunteers and hosts regular group meetings including weekly coffee mornings, friendship groups, senior clubs, ICT training, dance & exercise groups, yoga, war games society, craft activities, wildlife group and bookings for parties

The objectives are to conserve the wildlife and wider ecosystem in the Tsavo National Parks and the surrounding area, totalling the Tsavo Conservation Area in Kenya. This is carried out by providing practical equipment to field based organisations and also using the community conservancy model to provide benefits to the local communities, such as employment, healthcare and education.

Management of Allotments in Walton on Thames and district in the interests of social welfare for recreation/leisure time with the object of improving their conditions of life.To promote for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection and improvement of the environment around the allotments, especially through the conservation of natural resources, wildlife diversity and learning.

The protection of the environment for the public benefit, by seeking to improve flood defenses by working and communicating with the community, other similar organisations and relevant authorities to reduce the risk of flooding in the Lowdham and surrounding area, by helping manage the flow of water into, through and out of the village, and giving support to the appropriate authorities in keeping

The Trust is implementing a masterplan for the Radley Lakes area to become one of nature conservation and quiet recreation. The area is one of former gravel working in the south of Radley between the river Thames and Abingdon.Delivery is mainly through agreements with landowners and other stakeholders, but everyone can become involved by becoming a Friend of the Trust and by volunteering.

Improve Usk by the imaginative planting of trees, shrubs, bulbs and floral displays. Address environmental issues and preserve wildlife. Work with and educate the youngsters in Usk from nursery to junior age. Continuously plant and maintain the current flower beds and tubs around the town. Foster partnerships with other organisations in Usk to achieve these aims.

The Thornborough and Coombs Woodlands Enterprise Trust exists to preserve and enhance nearly 200 acres of green space known locally as Thornborough Woods as well as a historic limestone quarry in the Parish of Thornborough, near Buckingham. The Trust is responsible for ensuring that the woods and quarry and maintained so that current and future residents can benefit from the biodiversity.

Manage the Buckthorne Cutting Nature Reserve in Lewisham and provide community engagement opportunities as well as creating/maintaining wildlife habitats and monitoring. We also campaign for the protection and preservation of the wildlife corridor.

Promotion of the improvement of the physical and natural environment of sustainable development for the benefit of the public by the preservation, conservation and protection of the environment through prudent use of resources. Education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the environment. Promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration.

For the benefit of the public establish and maintain nature reserves in Yatton and Congresbury. Advance education in natural history and nature conservation.

Advancing public appreciation of works of art depicting wildlife, to pursue charitable work via the Bursary Scheme and to continue with our educational work.

Supporting bees and beekeepers in the developing world: to alleviate poverty, develop sustainable livelihoods, and maintain biodiversity.

Trees for Bermondsey works with the community, Southwark council, the GLA and others to protect, replace and increase tree canopy across Bermondsey. We improve existing places for people and nature and create new green spaces for the benefit of all, raising awareness of ways to combat the effects of climate change through our actions and encouraging and supporting others to do the same.

The conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment for the public benefit in such parts of the world as the trustees shall determine, by the making of grants and donations in particular but not exclusively, to charities and not for profit organisations that support initiatives for tree planting, reforestation, the protection of natural resources and biodiversity.

We advance environmental protection wildlife conservation in Africa conducting applied research and management in the fields of conservation biology; natural resources management; ecosystem services provision; behavioural ecology and urban ecology.
