THE OBJECT OF THE CAMEROON CATALYST IS TO EMPOWER VILLAGE COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE NORTHEAST OF CAMEROON, WEST AFRICA AND IMPROVE LIVING CONDITIONS AND WELLBEING, ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WATER, EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE, HOUSING, RENEWABLE ENERGY, AND MICROBUSINESS.FROM 2014/15 ONWARD, CAMEROON CATALYST IS FOCUSING ON THE PROVISION OF IMPROVED WATER SOURCES IN CAMEROON'S EASTERN REGION

Management of land in an environmentally friendly way so that it maintains both its wildlife and landscape conservation value

We manage Green Spaces to increase Biodiversity and make Bee friendly spaces. We aim to advance and encourage biodiversity in neglected green spaces locally for the public benefit, current and future generations. We do this by arranging regular volunteer sessions for our projects, and education opportunities to inspire and encouraging all different types of people to get involved.

Riverside Community Centre hosts various user groups, including Parkstone Kids Club - childcare before & after school, Parkstone Pre-school - pre-school childcare. Yoga, Riverside Brownies, Riverside Rainbows, Riverside Guides, St John's Newland Church, J Club - all community groups. ABC - parent & babies/toddler group. Ahmadiyya Muslim Association.

Preservation and upkeep of Quy Fen - maintenance of hedgerows, open spaces, ponds, pollarding willow trees, care and maintenance of flora and forna.

Using public demonstration events backed up by online media, Natural Neighbours inspires & supports people in urban communities to create and connect essential habitat for wildlife in their private outdoor spaces. We raise awareness of the health and wellbeing benefits of supporting and experiencing nature wherever and whoever you are, with a particular focus on the most marginalised communities.

Supporting disadvantaged ethnic minority communities for promoting social integration and overall wellbeing; supporting Gurkha veterans and their families in the UK for their smooth transition and access to public services; working with overseas partners, particularly in Nepal in the areas of sustainability, education and health, climate change, poverty reduction and sustainable development.

Natural Habitat operates in Suffolk and Norfolk and provides educational activity to the general public in sustainable land-use, environmental preservation, conservation and biodiversity.Natural Habitat uses collaborative practices to deliver accessible activity in support of local wildlife populations, habitats and food systems, so they thrive for current and future generations.

Menston Area Nature Trust (MANT) is a charity aimed at creating, enhancing and protecting habitats for nature in and around Menston. MANT's immediate aim is to create a network of wildlife spaces in Menston through encouraging and developing nature friendly gardens and outdoor areas. Longer term the charity would like to create community nature reserves.

The Friends of Northwood Cemetery's activities are: to promote the heritage, preservation, restoration and maintenance of Northwood Cemetery including its chapels and other standing structures; to promote and maintain the burial records of Northwood Cemetery; and to promote the conservation of the landscape, arboreta, flora and wildlife of Northwood Cemetery - all for the public benefit.

The nature reserve is located on a former landfill site next to the playing field on the Heatherlands Estate, classed as an Area of Rural Deprivation and formerly subject to fly-tipping, littering and other anti-social behavior. The focus of our activities is to transform this neglected site into a nature reserve for the benefit of wildlife, the local community and visitors from further afield.

To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the natural environment at Warden Abbey Community Vineyard, so as to maintain a facility for physical and leisure-time activities, aimed at improving the the health and well-being of the local community.

The object and purpose of the Crick Playing Field Association (CPFA) is provision, maintenance and development of sport and recreational facilties for the villagers of Crick on the Playing Fields off Main Road, and the protection of the environment of that area.

General beekeeping and education activities.

We raise funds to support work to protect the critically endangered Grauer's Gorillas and their habitat in Kahuzi-Biega National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo and to promote the sustainable development of the surrounding communities.

To provide emergency treatment, onward care and rehabilitation of sick, injured and orphaned wild British hedgehogs. To release strong, healthy hedgehogs back into their natural habitat.

The Kafue Foundation's mission is to advance conservation and community initiatives across the Kafue National Park, Zambia. We aim to empower existing initiatives that operate within the Kafue. We will be partnering with leading and emerging conservationists to protect endangered species, develop sustainable solutions & reduce human-wildlife conflict and work with local communities.

Mansfield Wildlife Rescue provides help for injured, abandoned and orphaned native wildlife with the aim to return those in care back to their natural habitat. Some examples of the wildlife we look after are badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, birds of prey, swallows etc. The areas we cover are Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

We provide financial support to people from less privileged backgrounds from developing and underdeveloped regions of the world. We also provide an ecosystem of support around them through mentorship, career guidance, skills development etc., to ensure that they are empowered to have a secure future and flourish to their full potential.

Promoting and furthering the craft of Beekeeping. Providing information, advice, talks to the public, including schools about bees, the environment and related issues. Giving help, encouraging good practice and supporting new beekeepers. Responding to the public where there is concern over bees, swarms and nests and bumblebees.
