Worth Wild Africa UK is a fund to provide field equipment to projects monitoring, studying and conserving African wildlife and help build positive relations with local people.

Maintenance and management of the Millennium Green for the benefit of the whole community of the Sandford area in order that it remains an attractive place to take exercise, meet others, pursue leisure activities and enjoy nature and wildlife; and to hold community events.

We aim to protect, preserve and maintain the heritage of the cemetery. Also encourage flora and fauna to thrive in the habitat which has been created. Each Monday volunteers meet to undertake practical tasks to achieve the above. Including - installation of bird, bat, hedgehog boxes, monitoring their use. We undertake biographical research and produce books and hold educational walks.

We perceive our vision as relieving poverty and implementing sustainable development for people affected by the civil war in Sri Lanka. Deprived parts of this community in Sri Lanka and the UK will be supported by financing home farming or cottage industry projects, education, sports and training facilities, safe water supplies and promotion of sustainable environments (waste recycling).

The Friends of Mortimer Forest exist to help conserve and improve the natural environment and landscape in Mortimer Forest and the surrounding area. To organise activities in the forest which promote mental and physical wellbeing and public education in environmental and forest-related subjects, in cooperation where possible with other like-minded charities and Forestry England.

To provide a social hub for men (but not exclusively for men) to reduce social exclusion in the community, to practice woodworking skills using facilities they would not otherwise have access to as well as promoting a greater awareness of environmental issues and developing a positive attitude towards the reuse, repair, repurposing and recycling of materials with an emphasis on reducing waste.

To encourage a viable population of breeding barn owls on the Wirral Peninsula by: (1) Collecting and collating barn owl sightings. (2) Locating, monitoring and protecting breeding pairs. (3) Visiting farmers and landowners to publicise barn owls and encourage habitat creation/protection. (4) Erecting nest boxes in areas of suitable habitat. (5) Liaising with local authority planning departments

Ditchling Beacon and Commons exists to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Ditchling Commons.

The mission and purpose of E1WW is to promote the wellbeing and safety of the waterbirds of London E1 and surrounding areas, enabling them to thrive and survive in an urban environment, by providing resources to fund rescue and rehabilitation, enhance habitat and to raise awareness for the benefit of the local community.

The Bampton Players stage dramatic performances, by the community for the community in Bampton in Devon. They stage plays and pantomimes indoors at the local Riverside Hall, outside during the annual Bampton Charter Fair and in a purpose built open air theatre in Bampton.

The purpose of the charity is to preserve and manage an area of undeveloped land in the residential area of Woodcote, Epsom, Surrey. The charity is run and funded by local people in order to provide an area of land suitable for a variety of recreational uses, community events and the preservation of wildlife.

To provide advice, education and information to Wildlife Rehabilitators.

GRMG monitors and records annual breeding activity in a systematic way and we ring, satellite tag and camera trap raptors. We monitor dispersal of Glos. raptors and contribute to the national BTO database. Where local breeding failures are regular we advise local Wildlife Crime Officers (WCO). We run raptor observation days at local viewpoints and also run local talks on raptors.

The W.I. plays an unique role in providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and learn new crafts. Its concerns range from climate change to cooking, from crafts to community projects, from traditional values to new friendships.

We provide a rescue for domestic animals & wildlife. We have done more direct rehoming due to covid restrictions.Groups of all ages are welcome and the centre caters for the disabled.We provide animal and environment education for all age groups with customised training.

Friends of Tanbridge House School (FoTHS) raises funds to support the education and development of all students at Tanbridge House School in Horsham, West Sussex. Funds are raised through activities such as recycling pre-loved uniforms, events, collecting for BagstoSchool, and easyfundraising. Money is allocated to school departments following consideration of funding requests.

The Marine Connection works in the area of cetacean welfare; operating and supporting both national and international projects and campaigns which assist in the protection, welfare and conservation of cetaceans and their natural habitat. We work with governments, other NGOs and concerned parties to stop captures from the wild, direct kills and other threats to all species of cetaceans.
